I wish ifound this site before almost vomiting after taking this vitamin. I've never felt such a sudden and strong onset of nausea . I had to get out of my friends's car as my mouth kept filling with saliva. I am throwing away the bottle!

I am in my 30's and have been using this product for a couple of months now and love it. I have taken several vitamins over the years and with reading the other reviews I agree it is a strong vitamin. The key I found works with taking vitamins is to NOT take them in the morning, rather take them after your lunch time or second meal of the day. I highly recommend this product.

I think that this product is great. After reading the other reviews it does not seen like we are all take the same product. But I guess everyones bodies react differently .As long as you Take one a day WITH FOOD. This product should work for everyone. I'm 23 years old and currently on the weight watcher at home diet. This product helps me keep of the weight I have lost so far off. I think that this product works great for me. That price is also great compare to other product. I am shocked that a trusted name like One-A-Day would offer a product that has caused so many problems. I too experienced a lot of bloatiness, I quickly stop using the product. I wonder if I would have allowed my body to get use to it, whether I would have started realizing the benefits for which the vitamin was designed.

They made me throw up or at least want to vomit for about 15 minutes after taking them. Maybe thats how it works, it makes you throw up everything you eat. I would not recommend this to anyone. Sorry
