This is a strong pill. I take multivitamins fine but when I take this on anything but a totally and I mean totally full stomach I literally throw it up within in 5 minutes of ingesting it. It is so powerful I find it scary and have stopped taking it. I do believe it does curb my appetite.

This product taken right after breakfast (it said take with food) causes nausea unless taken later in day for me. I have used many One A Day products with good results. I am 63 and hoped it would boost my metabolism. Rather be slow than nauseous. Hope it doesn't affect others in this manner.

I am in my 30s and have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have been taking this for over a month now and it is the best!!! I am now "regular" when it comes to bowel movements and I don't seem to retain as much water anymore. I think this product is 5 stars!

I am only 22 years old but I started taking them to control my weight. They actually made me eat more and gain weight and they also kept me nauseous and feeling bad. I was shouldn't take them until I am over 30.
