I have been taking this for about a week and I feel great. I'm no longer tired, I have more energy, and have lost about three pounds already. I only have a hashbrown with mine, and I feel fine. I love this, and would recommend it to everyone!!!

I don't know why I didn't read the review before purchasing this product, because it was such a relief to know that I am not the only one who suffers from nausea when taking this vitamin. I have tried taking it at night instead of mornings after breakfast to avoid the problem, and it does help, especially for someone who have those bedtime snack cravings. Once I finish using the two bottles I've purchased, I am not going to be lazy and go back to taking regular multi-vitamin and diet program on the side. Maybe the two-in-one advert is just too good to be true!

I was very excited to try these vitamins, but found that they made me very sick to my stomach (nauseous and crampy feeling) every time I took them. Most vitamins do not make me feel sick at all, and I took this one with breakfast and with water, so it wasn't because I was taking it on an empty stomach. A couple of my friends have had the same exact experience. I've gone back to a regular multivitamin - the only way these were Weight Smart is by giving me such a bad stomach ache so that I couldn't eat for awhile.

I'd recommend writing "Take AFTER breakfast" on the bottle. I had a memory lapse and couldn't remember when I was supposed to take them (I stopped taking them for 2 days because I didn't have them with me) so I decided to take it between having my yogurt and cereal. Bad idea! It made me sick. These should be taken after eating a good breakfast (Whole grain cereal and fruit or yogurt...maybe a piece of toast too) When I have done this, I did not get sick from them. I have noticed these to aid in weight loss along with diet and exercise. This is definitely not a "magic pill" but has been helpful to me.

I gave this product only 2 stars because of its price and the fact that it made me sick The Wal-Mart brand has never made me sick, plus it has the same amount of pills and the exact same vitamins. For some reason, and this is beyond me, One-A-Day vitamins make me puke. I've also tried One-A-Day's women's formula and maximum strength vitamins, and had to toss them as well because they make me sick. I don't have a sensitive stomach either. If you want good results without getting sick, try the Wal-Mart brand!

I liked the idea that this was a weight loss supplement + vitamins, so I gave it a try. You should eat a healthy breakfast before taking this supplement; otherwise it may cause an upset stomach. After 4 weeks of taking this and eating smaller portions (no junk/fast food), I felt less tired and noticed that I had lost about 3-5 lbs without exercise. It did help give me energy and get my weight under control; however I gained all the lost pounds back a month after I finished all the tablets.

This stuff made me sick. I would take it in the morning (because of the caffeine) and vomit within 10 minutes, most of the time. However, I rarely have more than a snack for breakfast.

I am not reviewing this product, but wanted to say a word or two about the upset stomachs everyone has been experiencing because of this vitamin. A man at my church recently was rushed to the hospital and upon arrival; they discovered that the lining of stomach was severely lacerated. After interviewing him, the doctors determined that his stomach problems were a direct result of taking these vitamins. There is nothing wrong with these vitamins, but they absolutely have to be taken with a moderate meal and lots of liquid. Please be careful when you administer these vitamins to yourself.

I also made the mistake of taking the pills before I ate and I really felt ill. I learned my lesson from that and now I take the pill with breakfast and it is working great. I think it is a good buy.
