I've been using this product on and off since it was first advertised a few years ago. I love it. I love that it curbs my appetite which helps me stick to my diet, especially when theres snacks at work that are hard to resist. Add exercise, and it's easy to lose weight. Any vitamin is likely to cause stomach sickness for me, so to coat my stomach I take it with something milk based. I'll take it in the morning with milk and cereal, or drink a yogurt breakfast milk shake. I also like that it does not make me restless as other products sometimes do. It definitely works. I would recommend this product to anyone who is trying to lose weight.

I have just started taking these pills. The first day I vomited and the second and third day I felt sick to my stomach. I was ready to quit, until I jumped on the scale and lost 5 pounds in a week! I think some people's bodies just need to get use to taking a multivitamin. I have never taken one before, but I will continue to take this one because I have no more sickness. Awesome product, cheap price too! :)

The first morning that I took this vitamin, I threw up...when I took it the next morning with food I was nauseated but didn't get sick. A few days after taking them, my head began itching and soon my back itched so badly and bumps began to crop up on my back. I quit taking them and the symptoms subsided. I took one today and can feel my back beginning to itch. I will no longer take this product and will not recommend it to anyone.
