I am a college student and needless to say I have frequent food temptations. I have gained a few pounds, and I had to do something about it. After reviewing one a day, I purchased a bottle. Since then, I have maintained my weight. I exercise about 4 days a week, so I'm hoping to see results in weight loss. This supplement keeps me from eating the junk food I would normally eat. I started dieting and exercising about 4 days ago and started taking this vitamin at the same time. I take it every morning after breakfast I have NEVER felt sick, and I think it works great. I have only been taking these vitamins for a few days but have I'm amazed at the amount of energy I have (I'm like the Energizer Bunny). I contribute the energy level to the "caffeine powder" in these vitamins - I'm not sure how much caffeine they actually contain, but I'm betting it's a lot.

I am a mom of 4 and soon to be a grandmother in 4 weeks, I work fulltime and have noticed that my metabolism has decreased over the years. I have been taking this vitamin for about 1 year. I am 41 years old and have a horrible metabolism. This really helps me control my weight and be well. I teach preschool and when I take the vitamin regularly, I do not pick up all the illnesses the children have. I have been taking Weight Smart since May, 2004. I am 33 and taking hormones, which can cause weight gain. I have lost 39 pounds since starting the vitamins. I have never felt sick. I just started taking the One-A-Day Weight Smart vitamin, along with joining the gym and following a high-protein diet. I must say; I am having very good results since I started the vitamin. I have tons of energy and feel great! I think it has curbed my appetite, as I find I am not as hungry. I take this vitamin in the morning with water and it does not make me sick, even if I don't eat something. For now, I give this vitamin 5 stars!

This vitamin is great; over the course of the year I have lost 20 lbs. While I have been making an effort to eat better, that alone was not making much of a difference. I definitely would take this vitamin with a meal though!
