I have just started my 3rd bottle of weight smart, and I have been very pleased with the results. I am 26 years old, and needed a multivitamin, thought I would try one to manage my weight as well. To my surprise I have dropped almost 2 sizes since I started taking them. I have not been doing anything else to try and loose weight. I have had no side effects! I feel great, and would recommend them to anyone!

Hello ladies! I am 32 years old, and my metabolism has slowed down...not to the point where I am fat, but to the point where I am overweight. I decided that my decrease in energy was because I didn't take any vitamins. So far this particular multi-vitamin gave me a boost of energy and never made me sick. I think drinking lots of water helps. It works for me. Energy promotes exercise, which promotes healthy living. Thanks, One a Day!

A good multi-vitamin, but after using it for 6 months, I don't think it assisted in weight management in any way. However, I've been using their ACTIVE vitamin for only 2 weeks, and I've seen a drop in my weight without any changes to diet or exercise. Perhaps it is a better choice.

This is a good multi-vitamin. I have only been taking it for 1 week, but I already feel better and more refreshed. However, maybe it's just because I haven't taken a multi-vitamin for several years. It has never made me feel sick. One time I did take it on an empty stomach and felt a little nausea. As with any product containing Iron, you must take it with a meal. Also, this is not a diet pill...just something to give you a little help if you are trying to lose weight or maintain your weight. Very good product!

I have been taking this product for about 5 months and between this product and changing my eating style, I have lost 38 pounds. I am only 26 years old but after having my child my metabolism started to slow down. I do take this pill with a lunch meal and it does not upset my stomach.

I was taking the One-A-Day Women's Multivitamin and decided to switch to Weight Smart. I have lost 105lbs. and have kept it off for 3years with Weight Watcher's and exercising, along with weight training. I decided I would try this vitamin to boost my metabolism. I will not ever take it again, as it has made me very sick, and increased my metabolism so much, I am extremely hungry. I gained 7-8lbs. within 5 days. This is with continued exercise and proper diet. A co-worker experienced the same thing. I will stick to One-A-Day Women's Multivitamin.

I've just started taking these vitamins. I had an incident one day where I took them with no food, and I got a sharp pain in my stomach. My recommendation is to take them while you're eating a meal with WATER or MILK to drink. Drink plenty of fluids. Don't take them with coffee, juice, soda or tea. I have noticed they have decreased my appetite. Energy? I can't tell if they've increased my energy, as I exercise everyday anyway. I am going to see how it goes with this bottle and then decide whether or not to continue taking them. I am a thin girl, but since I'm over 30, my metabolism is slowing down. In fact, last Christmas was the first Christmas I've gained weight. I don't want to gain weight, but I also don't want my appetite to decrease to a point I lose weight. These appear to be working thus far, and I recommend them to at least get extra nutrition.

Like many other reviewers, both my husband and I experienced extreme cases of nausea about 5 minutes after taking the pill. I have no desire to experiment with my body like this.

The problem I have found with people not getting results or suffering side effects from this pill is because of the lack of planning it into their diet. If you're going to take this supplement, you should take it with your largest meal of the day and with some form of dairy product (or crackers) to ease nausea if it does present itself. Secondly, this is not a weight loss pill, you must diet and exercise to see the results. This pill merely paves the road, you have to walk it. I advocate this pill for anyone serious about losing weight the right way and not looking for an overnight "wonder" drug. I used this pill to lose 100lbs. along with heavy exercise and dieting (low calorie...NOT LOW CARB). It only took a little over 9 months for me to lose the weight, and I've kept it off.

I'm over 30 and had noticed my metabolism starting to slow down and my weight creeping up. I started this product and Weight Watchers 3 months ago, and have lost 22 pounds (have 7 more until I reach my goal). I know the healthful eating is the most important, but I truly believe this vitamin helped give a jump-start! Also, I take mine at bedtime - and have never felt sick. It's usually about a couple of hours after my last meal, no problems at all. Great product!
