I really like this vitamin. I take it with breakfast, and I make sure I don't drink too much coffee. I have not experienced any adverse side effects, and I have a great boost of energy. It's not a nervous energy either. I feel really good. I found many people saying that the pill doesn't work because they aren't losing weight. This isn't a weight loss product. It's a vitamin. It will help you lose weight, but you have to do some work too. Eat right and work out.

This is the first time in my life I've ever had to take any kind of dietary supplement, so I was a little hesitant. But considering this is a trustworthy company, and a multivitamin on top of that, I tried it. I'm happy with the results so far. I have boundless energy and I don't feel like eating, just to eat. It has definitely suppressed my appetite, thank goodness! I haven't felt nauseous like others have experienced, just full, and I take it right before I eat breakfast. That way, I don't eat as much.

I have taken this product for a while now and I have no problems at all. I take it in the morning before I go to work, and I don't eat until an hour, or more after I take it, and I have no problems at all. I can take with or without food and be just fine. I love it because it has a lot of vitamins I need, and I don't have to take but one pill. It gets my approval all the way. Thanks.

I have taken this product 2 times and that has been 2 times too many. The first day I took it, I was cautious to take it on a full stomach. Within two hours of eating I felt nauseous. I thought I would feel better after lunch, after lunch I really felt worse. By late evening I began to feel better. The next day, on a full stomach after breakfast, I took another tablet within two hrs I felt nauseous, & had a terrible headache. I literally begun to cry, I begun to think something was terribly wrong with me health wise. I continued to feel bad most of the day. I searched side effect on this vitamin. Examining this site I felt relieved knowing this must be what is happening to me. This experience has taught me to do research before trying new and improved health ideas.

Started taking this pill because I used to have an eating disorder and ruined how things in my body function so thought this could help somewhat. This pill made me feel so sick, like I was getting the stomach flu. Who knows- it could be something else, but was feeling fine before I took the vitamin.

This product will make you incredibly nauseous. I've been taking it for the past couple of weeks and have noticed that every time I took it with a light meal (or no meal at all) I would get incredibly nauseous. My roommate likewise has the same problem, and after reading these posts, I think it's safe to say that this isn't a very good vitamin. It hasn't rendered any weight loss, and it just makes me nauseous.

I unfortunatley had to stop taking this pill, because it gave terrible gas throughout the entire day. It came to the point of barely being able to contain it. It's nice to get a metabolism booster, but not at a cost.

I started taking the One-a-day weight smart pills only one day ago. After taking the pill ONLY twice I have felt sick to my stomach and running to the toilet both times to vomit. I am very disappointed with this product and will discontinue usage. One-a-day Weight Smart is a total waste of money, and the makers should be very ashamed.

I took these vitamins for about 4 weeks, up until I was so sick to my stomach that not even my doctor could figure out what was wrong. I had horrible nausea and dizziness, and a sharp pain at the top of stomach. I was even scared that I was now going to suffer from stomach problems, when I had been healthy all my life. It wasn't until I read some of the reviews on this site that I knew exactly what was hurting me. All the horrible side effects went away 3 days after I stopped taking the vitamins. Unknowingly (and unfortunately), my aunt and cousin also had the same side effects - we just compared notes and have all decided these vitamins were just a bad idea from such a good company.

It's terrible this product makes some of us sick, which by the way is included in the warning on the box. If it doesn't have that affect on you, you're in luck. This product is a multi-vitamin, which we should all take everyday anyway, and it has that little extra to boost metabolism and assist with weight loss. I'm very impressed with this product; combined with exercise and eating smart I have lost 8 lbs in two weeks.
