I tried this, and other products, from One-A-Day. Regardless of when I took the supplement - with full meal or not, I felt ill immediately after taking the supplement and often vomited. I continue to feel ill for 2-3 hours after taking the supplement. I had the same experience with the One-A-Day Adult supplement. I am so sick of wasting good money on these products that I have since e-mailed the company with my complaint.

I have been using this product for about a month. I take it when I get up on the morning, before I eat breakfast. I found that if I don't eat anything with this, it makes me nauseated, if I do eat something with, it does not. I have felt I slight energy boost. I like the fact that it not only helps you lose weight, but it also contains vitamins that your body needs to stay healthy.

I have been taking this pill once a day with food for about 2 months now. I figured that the pill wouldnt work as well unless I worked out a few times a week. So of course, I worked out 3 times a week for the same 2 months. I have gotten great results. I have lost 14 pounds since I started. Some people dont understand that the pill works better and faster if you add a little workout to it. So take the pill and work out a little, and youll be seeing great results. I know I will continue taking this pill.

This weight pill only works if I take it half an hour after I eat. I have tried twice to take it before eating and vomited both times (I never vomit otherwise). Beware!

I have been taking this product for about two weeks now. I have not experienced any of the side effects described by others. I have yet to receive the high-energy boost, but I thing that will be obtained once I get back into working out at least 3 times a week. I have never taken the product on an empty stomach; for fear that it would cause problems since the directions do require that you take it with food. (I do not eat a big breakfast and it has not caused any problems). Everything does not work for everyone, so I would advise anyone that has experienced the side effects to discontinue use completely; its just not for you. I have lost a couple of pounds, so I do think it has boosted my metabolic rate. Hopefully by the time I complete my first bottle I will have achieved some notable results.

I agree about the nausea- I get it for about 5 minutes no matter if I have eaten or not, but it fades quickly. I have a lot of energy, and my appetite is non-existent- no hunger pangs until my next meal. So I do recommend this to anyone who can deal with the nausea for a few minutes.

I'm quite impressed so far with this vitamin. It's a shame that it's made so many people feel ill, though! For me, it's been very impressive. In the 2 months that I've been taking it, my appetite levels have decreased dramatically, and I've noticed that I feel full much quicker than I would have in the past. I've lost 3 or 4 pounds since I started taking them (without exercise), and continue to feel energetic and strong. I do take this when I'm almost done with my lunch, and then I'll munch on some fruit and have something to drink so that it really washes down properly. I have never felt nauseous or ill from this, and I have quite a sensitive stomach. Anyway, I highly recommend this, but on the reassurance that you take it with a complete meal.

I've been taking these vitamins now for about 2 weeks, and I've been throwing up every day. I just thought it was the flu; I even went to my Dr's office today to find out that I don't have a flu just some very bad side effects from this. It's definitely not worth it.

I've only been taking this pill since Sunday. I have always reacted with vitamins making me sick, and caffeine has always been a struggle for me. It keeps me up all night. I sleep great, and with no heart palpitations. My friend leant me some of hers to check out, not even a slight reaction. So I bought a bottle. I have lost 56 pounds. I have been at a plateau for about 9 months. I tried a lot to break it: Slim Fast, 2 different fad diets, and Weight Watchers. Nothing worked until this! I am down 1.4 pounds since Sunday. I am finally past the plateau. I would highly recommend this product.
