I take one after breakfast and one after lunch as per the instructions. I don't take one after dinner because I don't want to risk losing sleep. I'm taking this in addition to doing Atkins (mostly because I tend to get really tired during the day since my second child was born). I do notice when it wears off, because suddenly I'm exhausted and want a nap. :) I've dropped 26 lbs in 4 months - and that's with having fallen off diet pretty badly 4 or 5 times.

This product does work for me. I take the pills as recommended on the bottle, 1 with each meal. I do take it before I eat though; taking it afterwards makes me feel sick. Putting my food on top of it works well for me. I have been combining this with the slimfast diet (1 pill in the morning with a slimfast, 1 pill at lunch with a slimfast and a can of tuna, a small snack in the afternoon, and then a pill with a normal sized dinner, and going to the gym about 3x a week) and I have lost about 9lbs in the past 9 days. This is not a magic pill, taking it will not make the weight never come back. I took Stacker2 before and it helped me lose weight, but when I stopped taking it and went back to eating whatever I wanted, the weight came back. And that was MY fault, not the pill's. Also, if you miss a pill, never take 2 together (unless you like feeling like your heart is going to explode).

This is strong stuff. I take it by nine and I'm still a tweaking by 4-5pm. I found out if you empty out half the capsule it helps reduce the jitters. It made me smoke much more and I found I had to have a drink to chill it out. It does curb your appetite, but don't drink caffeine with it, unless you like feeling as if you are going to have a heart attack!

I have used this product 2 years ago and it worked great with at least 1 hr of exercise and lighter eating. However I gained the same 25lbs back due to laziness so I bought a bottle today to jumpstart my work outs. The only issue with this product is the late night hours. DO NOT TAKE AFTER 4PM. Other than that I would recommend this product and a lot of water.

Well i just started taking the product 3 days ago. I did the necessary research and most of the user comments have helped. One pill a day is more that enough for me and i wouldn't dream of taking it after 4 pm. i felf really jittery like i had just taken speed. i actually had to have a glass of wine to calm down. i definately was not hungry for the rest of the day. After it finally wore off 5 hours later. i still wasn't that hungry which is good because that would be the time that i would overeat or snack. When i weighed myself the next day. i had lost 5 lbs. I'm not kidding! maybe my metabolism is faster than most or it could be water weight either way it is 3 days later and i have lost 8 lbs. I will keep taking the product untill i reach my goal weight which isn't that far off and in the mean time, if one pill is too much for anyone else like it is for me, it helps to twist open the capsule and empty it out about half way. It feels like you've take 3 cups of cofee instead of 6.

The instructions say to take three pills per day, one after each meal. Unless you are about to do a triathlon event, 3 a day will give you way too much caffeine. Stacker works well because it gives you energy to make it through the day and your workout. But the energy can be overwhelming. I recommend you start out by taking one per day, so that your body can get used to it, and then gradually increase if you want more energy. Make sure you eat first. You will get nauseous if you take it on an empty stomach. I wouldn't take this after 4 pm. You will have so much energy that it will be difficult to get to sleep. Remember, this product has a LOT of caffeine, so if you drink coffee, tea, or soda, you will have to cut back. Also, when you stop taking them, be prepared for a bit of a withdrawal period. Your body is going to be used to the excessive caffeine, so you might experience headaches when you stop.

I bought this product to keep me energized and motivated. and it did keep my mind of snacking. also it made my heart and mind race out of control, keeping me awake day and night. I was also very nervous and jittery. So although it did what I hoped it would, I had to stop taking it after about 3 days, due to the excessive side effects. I don't have a heart condition, but it sure made me feel like I had one. Additionally, anyone who does, I would strongly suggest you don't use this product.

When I first used this product it was great at helping get the weight off. And it did, a lot. I was looking and feeling great. Now though, I have gained all the weight back and my body seems to have developed a tolerance to the pill. I wouldn't recommend it for long use.

Not satisfied at all. Sure I lost weight in the first two weeks (about 11 lbs). But the weight came right back, (even continuing the workouts and following eat-smart guides, and I work in a busy department in a hospital) Still nothing! My advice, better off spending your money on a utility bill.
