I LOVE this sunscreen. ... by Lindsay in Undisclosed on 7/11/05I LOVE this sunscreen. When they say "dry touch" they are not lying. This product is perfect to wear under makeup, or alone. It has a little bit of fragrance to it, but it wasn't anything that irritated my face. I would definitely recommend it to perspective buyers.
I was volunteering at a ... by Jen in Santa Barbara, CA on 6/25/05I was volunteering at a local parade, out in the sun all day, and needed a sunblock that I could wear under my make-up (I had some blemishes that needed concealer, and I need powder to minimize the oil-slick on my face). A couple of acquaintances recommended this stuff to me, so I bought some last night, and used it today. No burn, and no more oily than my face normally would be after a day in the sun! This stuff is amazing -- once it was rubbed in, I didn't even feel like I was wearing sun screen at all. The scent was very subtle too -- I was only able to smell it if I put it right up to my nose.
Now, I don't have ultra-fair skin -- I tend to burn a little bit the first days I spend in the sun, and then tan after that. I'd already gotten a "base" tan from when I attended a friend's graduation, so I don't know how this would fair with really light-skinned/easily-burned people. But for myself, I really couldn't ask for anything more in a facial sunblock. I love this stuff.
Great sunblock. It really ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/21/05Great sunblock. It really does control oil on my face, and the sunblock is great (also my face never felt so soft). The only complain I have is that it made my eyes watery, but do far is the best 'face lotion' I have ever tried. I'm sticking to this.

The Doc gave me a sample of this and from the 1st use, I was hooked. It smells clean and "dry-touch" is no exaggeration. Sun protection was my goal but I got an added bonus of soft, smooth skin.
A great solution for ... by Peter in Santa Ana, CA on 2/14/05A great solution for those of us with a bald spot. Living in Southern California and having a bald spot is a bad combination. I wear a cap when I plan to be outside, but it takes only a few minutes of unplanned exposure to cause damage. This product is a great solution because I can use it every day and always be protected. As noted by others, it disappears after application. In addition, it can be applied to the scalp without making hair greasy. A great benefit and a great product.
I absolutely LOVE this ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/23/05I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I, too, never really made it a point to use sunscreen but eventually the plethora of articles and news reports on sun protection got to me and I bit. I was so afraid that it would be greasy, even the littlest bit, but it is as it says! I have temperamental combination skin and it works well for both sides and does not leave me feeling dried out or greasy nor does it cause me to break out. As an added bonus, excellent base for make-up as well! For the money, I probably won't use anything else, except perhaps the higher 45 sunscreen just to play it safe.
I LOVE this stuff. I ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/14/05I LOVE this stuff. I hated wearing sunscreen, especially in the summer because my face would feel so greasy. Because of this stuff sunscreen is now a part of my everyday routine. This sunscreen does not cause any problems for my acne prone skin. This is one of the few, few products I use that I would buy 20 of if they ever discontinued it.
Best sunscreen I have ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 11/22/04Best sunscreen I have ever used. I have a combination skin and this product never feels greasy or heavy on my skin. You can use it under make-up, or alone, when you are doing sports. No breakouts. In a dry climate I suggest you should wear a light moisturizer first.
Good for sensitive skin ... by lorissa in Undisclosed on 9/1/04Good for sensitive skin and stayed on skin faithfully. The first couple of uses, it felt oily on skin, but my skin adjusted to it. The only complaint I have is that when I wear this sunscreen, my eyes feel a slight burn. Other than that, it is a good product with good value.
This is the Holy Grail: a ... by Ally in Norwich, CT on 8/17/04This is the Holy Grail: a full-spectrum sunblock for those of us with oily skin. I've been searching for years! People like me have always had to choose between sun-damaged skin and/or broken-out skin. This goes on matte and stays that way. Love it. |
