the pimple problem has been bothering me for 7~8 years.I`ve looked for so many diffrent skin Dr. and put on so many diffrent things on my skin. only sulfur really works for me. However the medicine from my Dr. way to expensive. I am really glad I found this one. Cheap and effective. I love it!!

The WORST ITEM I have ever bought. It didn't do anything for me. Worst mistake I ever made was buying this. I am 29 years old, I never had any problems with pimples or acne but now at this age I am getting the occasional pimple at that time of the month and they always leave a mark. I was hoping this would work but it hasn't worked out. I bought the moisturizer, spot treatment & mask (it totally dried my skin and I have normal skin not sensitive). Nothing has worked at all. I am quite disappointed because I expected to see some results and I am not afraid to spend as long as I get results but this has been my worst mistake ever. I am beating myself for buying this. Never ever will buy from MURAD again!

I have experienced pretty bad Adult Acne since I turned 18 - perfect skin before then. Nothing worked on it, no spot treatments, no 3-step programs. I went to a facialist this summer who offered this up as an option. Why not, I'd tried just about everything else. It's amazing! It seriously prevents my zits from becoming full-blown volcanoes, and stops under the surface pimples in their tracks. They tell me to NOT use it all over, but I do and my skin's been clear since the summer. FINALLY!! I wash with St. Ives Apricot Scrub, tone with SeaBreeze, moisturize with Visibly Firm from Nutrogena, and zap zits with this. Whatever the combo - it seems to be working!

I like Murad's acne products and for the most part, think they work pretty well. This one is dissapointing -- didn't see any difference. I still think the best on the spot acne medicine is Clean & Clear's Persagel.

I had been looking for a product with sulfur in it because it eliminates acne fast. It even prevents new pimples from forming. I am very happy with all of Murad's products.

This is the only thing I find that works overnight for new breakouts. By the next morning, the new breakout is noticeably smaller and less red. I LOVE this stuff!

Tried this for a couple weeks on my light acne. I get the occasional breakout and usually have a pimple or two somewhere on my face, whether it is noticeable or not. Didn't notice any difference AT ALL in my skin or the amount of acne i have. Was disappointed. Also, this product smells bad because of the sulfur. My not-that-observant husband even noticed and asked me not to use it because it stinks. Waste of money.

I've been using this for a while. It goes on without any major residue, there is minimal smell associated with it and it works very well. I had to buy another when I ran out - I've tried others, but they haven't worked as well as this brand.

This product works sometimes and other times completely fails. The only expanation that justifies this is that if it is put on a pimple that is JUST forming, it works by shrinking it overnight. Otherwise, it's like putting turpentine on the face...just dry, dry, dry and peeling. For the price, I feel ripped off.

This was included in the Murad Kit I bought. Within my whole 4 week trial of Murad, this way the worst of the kit. It did nothing on any of my blemishes, even after three days. After a couple days of using this twice daily, my blemish was just as red as it was before. Plus, it was slightly irritating. It is also priced a little high compared to other spot treatments. Will not buy/use ever again! However, it didn't dry out my skin terribly like some other spot treatments, so I gave it two stars.
