It's probably a bit premature for me to judge this product, as I have only been using it for a little over a week. However, in that week I have started to see some improvement in breakouts on my back and chest. I'm anxious to see what another couple of months will do.

this is a great, effective product that is really easy to apply...however it is just too expensive. One bottle lasted me about 3 weeks and that's with applying it twice a day. I wish it wasn't so darn expensive because it really does work.

I bought this product for one of my kids. Worked so great. I think it was key that it was so easy to use. The back is a hard to reach place but this was quick and effective. Cleared things up in a matter of weeks. A little more money than I'd like to spend, but it's made her a lot more confident.

This product was fabulous! My derm had prescribed benzoyl peroxide but it did not work. However once I used this spray it minimized my acne very quickly and soothed irritating skin! This spray was easy to use, but a bit awkward even with the 360 degree spray...Only issue was that there's not a lot of product in it!

This product is great because it's a 360 degree sprayer! Great for those hard to reach back spots. It, along with the Murad Acne Body Wash, has helped tremendously at clearing up my sudden hormonal adult "bacne" problem. It didn't dry me out, or leave me with an itchy back afterward. Dries fairly quickly so you don't have to wait long to put on your shirt! One con: you can't see how much is left in the bottle. Like, AT ALL. So before you know it, it's gone, with no warning. All you can go on is to try to sense how much might be left by weight, but that's pretty hard considering it's not really all that much liquid in there, and a lot of bottle. Overall, works great. Packaging could use an update.

I moved recently, and the change in climate was screwing up my skin. Started breaking out on my back and chest some and was not happy about it, so I tried this product despite the ridiculous price. Took a couple weeks before I started noticing a difference, but I am all cleared up now. I used this product every morning after my shower - waited a few minutes for it to dry before putting my clothes on, just in case. Would occasionally spray it on before bed if i happened to think of it (rare). Only gave four stars because it is a teensy bit smelly (not so bad anybody noticed or so that you can smell it once you put clothes on though) and because it is way too expensive. Lasted a long time though, so I will probably buy it again despite the price. If it works, it works. Used it til the bottle was empty and the nozzle worked fine - would like a finer, wider mist instead of the sort of stream/spray but whatever.

Did not see any improvement on my skin after a little over a week of use. Also the nozzle quit working correctly. When I would try to spray it would only come out in a 1 line stream. I threw this product away with more than the bottle being 3/4 full. Will never purchase again, nor would I recommend.

I use this everytime I get out of the shower and it works great. I have moderate bacne and while I still get a few break outs now and then my skin is way better. I am actually able to wear tank tops! It is a bit expensive but the bottle lasted a long time for me. The design is really good to and sprays all of the hard to reach places.

I bought this for my 27-year old nephew, who has suffered all his adult life from really scary-looking body acne. He was so embarrassed by it that he never took off his shirt in front of "the guys" when playing sports. In less than a week of using this, his acne started to subside, and the scarring started to diminish as well. I was happy to get this for him since it is an effective product.My issues with it, though, are two: it's stupidly expensive, and has only 0.5% salicylic acid. [...]

Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication
Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily
Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a physician
If bothersome drying or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day

Store at room temperature. Avoid high temperatures. Protect from freezing. Keep away from flame, fire and heat.
