I'm sorry, but these just didn't work for me. I've developed pretty bad blisters on my heels and the side of my foot.

I thought these would help them heal, stay in place, etc. No. First if there is any moisture these won't stay in place. So since my feet sweat, I'd put them on, go walk, and after a mile or two these would peel off. They didn't peel off all the way, usually just partially, but enough that I had to peel them off the rest of the way. Then what? Well, they are so sticky on the entire side that contacts your skin that they literally have peeled the roof/top layer off of the blisters, making them worse. I wouldn't buy these again.

I have used these in the past at the office to heal and help prevent blisters on my toes and heels from wearing certain dress shoes. I have also found them effective at preventing blisters I've gotten from running shoes from worsening. As a triathlete, I've found that these do not stay on well when I need to apply them to damp feet, which happens during the transition from swimming to running. I also tried using them on a cut on my foot that happened from getting cut by a coral reef. It actually made the cut worse by prolonging the healing. Better than a regular bandage for some applications, but not ideal for all. I wish it stuck better.

Most worthwhile to have with you at all times...can't go wrong. Only downside is that they only come 6 to a box and can be expensive.

Those little finger cuts on the tip end of the fingers that a band aid will not cover can be covered with these by cutting to shape. I've used these for years on foot irritations. Wish they made a larger size.

First of all, I never post reviews. I find it tedious at best. However, this product deserves the time. I am an avid runner who logs about 20-25 miles per week. I ended up not only with blisters on both heels, but a cut on one of them. I purchased this product with hesitation, it is a little pricey, but was happily surprised. I ran 5 miles three days in a row and did a grueling training session without changing the product. I forgot I had blisters or the product on. It lasts through showers, etc. A+++++++++

When I walk with the wrong shoes or adapting to new shoes, i will get blisters. It is unbearable when they are just fresh and in the process of healing. Once I place these on, the pain is easier to manage. An additional pro, the healing of the blister is better. The price for this is higher than bandaids however you do not have to replace it as often during the whole treatment... making the experience more bearable, lower cost and keeping the wound clean.

I've been running cross country for a while now and that's dealt some damage to my feet. For the passed couple of days I've been using regular adhesive bandages for the nickel sized blister near the ball of my foot and it didn't do very much, leaving it dry almost as soon as I took it off. I just applied this product and bam! I can't even notice the pain anymore!

it didn't seem to help the bottom of my foot - not much cushion and the gel part stuck so much after removing it, i had to really work to get it off.
