I have used this product for 21 days & have found it has stopped by hot flashes 98% & has helped stop my hair thinning. When I hit the change, the hot flashes and other usual symptoms of menopause were mild. My mom also had a very mild menopause; however, one bad thing I experienced was hair loss! With the drop in estrogen and progesterone my hair began to thin rapidly. I read that the lack of progesterone (not estrogen) is the cause. So I tried several different brands of progesterone cream and Femgest was the one that worked. Within 10 days my hair stopped falling out. I apply it according to the directions except that I'm off it for 4 days instead of the recommended 7 (everyone is different, so you may have to adjust the dose). This product is great.

I can't believe how well this worked. I have suffered with the most ungodly menstrual cycles, from acne, emotional yoyos, weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I felt better in TWO HOURS. I was up and working out -- I just can't believe it! Incredible.
