I cannot overstate how disappointed I am in this product. I have used other Clean & Clear products in the past and been quite happy with them, but this one is terrible. I have sensitive, combination skin. Prior to using this product, I did not have zits, just some blackheads. I wanted a scrub to exfoliate, and this seemed like the perfect multi-tasker. However, since using this product, my skin has been breaking out CONSTANTLY. I have used it for over a month, and it has not gotten better so this is going in the trash. I think non-medicated scrubs (Neutrogena deep clean scrub, for example) and clean & clear's continuous control cream cleanser are FAR superior to this product. Check those out instead.

wow, this is by far the best drugstore brand face wash i have ever used on my skin. as far as blackheads go, i'm not even sure if i have ANY lol. but this face scrub helped with my acne! I can't believe it! I used to get a ton of acne on my cheeks, forehead and chin, but now, i only get like 1-3 pimples a week! In conjunction with the scrub, i use Biore's triple action astrigent (i use it only at night) and then i use my Ambi's fade cream for my leftover acne scars. I still have acne scars (nothing alittle makeup foundation can't fix) but i'm just happy that my pimples are gone!

My two teenagers love this stuff. My daughter says it makes her skin feel smooth and soft.

It worked amazingly for me but something that works for me may not work for you. I recently had rhinoplasty &the biggest problem I have is blackheads &after my surgery BAM even more appeared on the tip (because of the swelling) of my nose. I looked like a dalmation. I've tried everything, all the pore strips, all the scrubs, even the old hot water &'picking' method nothing ever worked, not even for one. I remember using this when I was 12 (puberty) &remember it working greatly then too, all of a sudden waking up to a clean spot free nose. I didn't know if it would work again because I'm not 12 anymore (19) &my skin's changed. Instead of normal skin, I now have combonation skin. I tried anyway because it's a pretty cheap bottle. Within 3 days I saw a big difference. 50% of my blackheads are gone. I don't know if it worked so well because a lot of my blackheads were 'new' (but it deffinetly got rid of the older ones too.) Maybe it worked so great because you can use it everyday (even though I used it every other day only because I'm not patient enough to stand &gently scrub) &Maybe it worked because my nose isn't very oily, just a tiny bit, I don't know. But once I saw the difference I started doing it everyday &wow. I'm never going without this stuff ever again. It didn't have a strong odor, nothing wrong with it actually &I'm not shocked since I don't remember there being anything wrong with it when I first tried it 7 years ago, I guess I just stopped back then because my blackheads were all gone-because of this product.Wow I sound like an infomercial.

This product cleaned my skin and made it feel fresh, but it did absolute nothing for my blackheads. As hard as I scrubbed and as much as I used, they still stuck out all over my nose and were compacted as ever. I eventually had to squeeze them out with my fingers.

Not very effective at removing blackheads. I really like the scrubbing feeling though. I won't buy again since I found other scrubs. The scent is nice. Didn't over dry my skin.

I like it because it doesnt dry my skin. But, after using it for weeks, I've seen more black heads appear and none disappear!ugh.

This product is absolutely amazing!! After the first time I washed my face with it, my face felt smoother and softer. It left my face vibrant and glowing! It doesnt make my skin shiny and oily like other face washes do. It doesnt dry out my skin either; so, I don't need to spend any extra money on a moisturizer. It's perfect for sensitive skin, too! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

It feels really good, but it did absolutely nothing for my blackheads or pimples. I would say that there are better face washers out there that work a lot better.

I used this for a week after having a bad acne flareup, and I felt that it really helped clear it up. However, after using it for about a month consistently, I have found that I actually have MORE blackheads than I did before. And rather than big pimples, I have little ones all over, particularly around my nose and mouth. I've decided to stop using it. Also, the beads feel really rough on my skin, so I don't know how good they actually are for the skin. My dermatologist told me the St. Ives Invigorating Scrub actually tears your skin, and it wouldn't surprise me if this stuff falls into that same category of being bad for skin. Use at your own risk, I guess.
