Since my hysterectomy I have experienced vaginal dryness, and even using liquid lube doesn't fully alleviate it. I have found a different way of using the gel form of Astroglide. I bought another brand of feminine moisturizer (not a lube) that had an applicator, much like a tampon. With it I am able to get the gel up in far enough so it works much better for me. We also use the liquid Astroglide along with the gel. Knowing that the gel is in place helps me to relax and enjoy intercourse much more, and as a bonus it helps put me in the mood much faster.

I'm a longtime Astroglide fan...when I'm going solo. (I don't usually need the extra lubrication with my husband.) For use with vibrators etc. it comes in handy. The Gel forrmulation is less messy... doesn't drip or run like the regular Astroglide can. It seems to be a little less slippery... so if you want the lubrication & moisture, but still want a little friction, it's a good choice. I'll probably stick with the original in the future.

This stuff was junk. Just trying something new and it was impossible to wash off and then if you didnt wash up fast enough it crusted up like glue does when you were in elementary school.
Remove seal from bottle opening before initial use. Apply small amount to genital area. Vary amount to achieve desired lubrication. To enhance condom use, add a small amount to the inner and outer surfaces.
