A no jitters, extra energy, super workout boost. I am still not taking all 5ml every morning since 3-4 is giving me enough to so a short (14-18 minutes) super intense cardio blast. The taste isn't so hot, but as long as you chase it, it's not bad. I had tried Creatine before but got really bad muscle cramps, not the case here. I am already buying my second bottle to make sure I don't run out!

This did everything it claimed. I had higher energy without the jitters, and I was able to use the elliptical machine longer and harder. HOWEVER, after using it 3 days in a row, the fourth morning I woke up and looked like a puffer fish! I was so bloated; it looked like a gained 5 pounds in my face. It was hard to bend my fingers and toes because of how swollen my hands and feet got. I gradually de-swelled through the day, and was fine the day after. I did some research online, and apparently "Creatine" makes some people retain water. I'm prone to water weight anyway, and this just made me swell up. If it wasnt for that I would give the product 5 stars. It should have a caution on it for the possible bloating. I won't finish the bottle; it's not worth the swelling! I would only recommend it to women who NEVER retain water.

This stuff is awesome! I can't take regular engery or diet pills because they make me sick and dizzy. This stuff has no side effects and works great! I love not having to take it every day too, only before I work out! I would definitley recommend this to any woman looking to get a better workout without caffeine pills.
