Quit smoking about 2 weeks ago but still had cravings. Got these in the mail and noticed how dumb I looked pretending to smoke a piece of plastic. If you need to put something in your mouth to emulate a cigarette try a cinnamon stick, they taste a lot better.

Really helps, but not alone. You still need will power to not go out and have a real smoke. I used this along with a smoking withdrawal tablet that I had to take every 4 hours. Others are complaining about taste.... c'mon are they serious??!?! What the hell do they want from a product like this? Its works, but some people are just being too picky about quiting.
