This is my beauty miracle. It absolutely has anti-aging properties, it lightens and brightens and moisturizes my skin, minimizes my pores, helps the appearance of my fine lines and has reduced areas of redness until they're almost gone. I don't even use moisturizer anymore, I just use the serum which saves me money too. My skin is incredibly soft, with a lovely glow. And I look a lot younger than my friends. This serum is lightweight and non-greasy. I apply this before I apply my Philosophy moisturizer. I use this as a primer before applying my foundation. I always order through drugstore.com [...] I've never used other brands since I switched to Philosophy last year. And it takes me several months before I need to order again so it really is a good bargain for such a great skin care line.

After using the Philosophy Purity facial cleanser I apply a very small amount around the eyes, mouth and forehead. It tones the skin and creates a feeling of smooth taught skin and the skin really looks and feels young and revilalized.

This is the only facial treatment I have ever used (I'm 54) which does not increase the oil production on my face or clog the pores. I have combination skin and for once, I can use a product which helps my skin look healthier, reduces the fine lines and does not cause an "oil slick" by midday. I love it. I'm not sure what some others refer to as a "smell" as I have never noticed one. I use this product in the morning and a moisturizer at night. Definitely worth the money.

I absolutely love this product. It has calmed my cranky skin which is prone to breakouts, flakiness and redness. I do notice a slight increase in blackheads; however, I'm not sure it is because of this product or the mineral makeup I am using. This product combined with Hope in a Jar has transformed my skin into something healthy again! Yay! I do not give it 5 stars because, like most everyone else has observed, it STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN (but still worth using) and it, along with the entire Philosophy line, is overpriced, in my opinion.
