I just tried this last night, I was skeptical since my skin is so used to scrubs. I want to feel that my skin is scrubbed with all the dirt, oil, excess skin, etc away when I clean my face. I accidentally bought this actually. So I tried it last night with this skepticism, thinking "why not?". So I did, and I was totally amazed!!! It took all my make up off and made my skin glow. Tightened my skin. I pretty much have flawless skin, but I can break out or have some irritation as well. I didn't get any of that in this one. For people who have a LOT of acne or pimples, try the scrub version of this, if that still doesn't work. Try scrubs that are a bit rougher. It takes the skin above your pimple faster. Keeps your skin fresh and healthy. For this...I do love the scrub version of this. So which ever is available I'll use =) will definitely get this again!!

I typically love Neutrogena products, but his cleanser, scrub and foam, made me break out like I was a teenager all over again. After the third day my chin was covered....HORRIBLE!

I love Neutrogena, but I am not completely sold on this one... I have been using Dermalogica Anti-Bac Skin Wash for several years due to my acne-prone skin, but wanted to find something cheaper and not as drying. This is not drying, and foams up nicely. It seems to be a good cleanser. But it does not really make me say "WOW!" after using it- my blemishes seem to be neither less nor more frequent, and it hasn't done much for my existing wrinkles either. A word of caution: don't get this even remotely close to your eyes- boy, does it burn!

I love this stuff; it really has changed the look and feel of my skin. My skin is rough, dry in places, a few wrinkles and acne along my hairline and nose area. After one week, complete difference but I use morning and night with the other products that were suggests from the Neutrogena site.

I switched to this from using Clearasil face wash. When I first tried this it felt like my face wasn't clean. But realized that was because I was use to my skin being overly dry after using other face washes and then my face would be even oilier (I have oily skin). However, with this the oil seems to be under control and my blemishes are a lot less! I only have mild blemishes here and there but this has taken the "here and there" out of the equation. My skin feels smoother as well. I needed something to prevent acne and stop wrinkles (I am 28 and don't want wrinkles). I would recommend this to anyone with slight blemishes and who wants the benefit of an anti-wrinkle product as well.

Really find this cleanser to be effective without being overly drying. I tried it as a result of following Neutrogena's personal recommendations on line, and I'm glad that I did.

I'm in my mid-20s and have used this cleanser along with the treatment cream for two weeks now, and I am really liking the results. I have used pretty much every acne treatment product since I was 15, from harsh prescriptions to OTC treatments to all-natural herbal techniques, and this has been the best. It's a bit of a slimy, slippery cleanser with not much sudsing action, which is good for my very dry, sensitive skin. It has also helped the blemishes on my chest.

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT! I had bad adult acne, I've tried just about everything... I have combo skin and I'm very sensitive to a lot of products.... THIS one WORKS and it doesn't irritate my skin... my skin looks so clear and it even cleared up my pores it's like they just dissappered... I USE IT TWICE A DAY MORNING AND AT NIGHT. It's a keeper for me thanks so much Neutrogena.

I have had acne starting since when I was about 9. It has fluctuated over the years, but I thought it had pretty much been cleared up. In the last couple of months it has gotten really bad so I decided to try a new cleanser. I am using this and the scrub as well and I m seen fantastic results. My skin is much clearer. I have changed a lot of things to help my skin and after buying this I saw the most difference.

This cleanser comes in a thick foam that is not sudsy, and can easily slip off your hands while trying to massage on your face. I had to add some water to my bottle since the consistency was so thick, and it would not lather. I prefer the scrub form, which works better on my oily/combo/acne-prone face. This cleanser actually has caused me to break out a little (right when my face was beginning to clear up, too). I been using it for 3 days now, and I'm not satisfied with the results. Will not buy again.
