I have worn these for years and they have been a life saver. After knee replacement surgery my one leg was about 1/4 inch longer than the other. Walking soon gave me hip pain due to the difference in the length of my legs. By using one of the arch supports in the shoe of the shorter leg the hip pain was resolved. I wear them in all of my shoes now. I no longer wear heels, however.

I have plantar fascitis and I bought these through Drugstore.com. I have tried other heel cups other inserts and these work the best for me. I use them in all my shoes and they are so comfy and I dont' have any issues with room in my sneaks or hiking shoes. I have not put them in heels as heels don't bother my feet. Its the flats that kill me. I recommend these highly. I don't use the tape that comes with them as they do not move in my shoes and that way I can move them from shoe to shoe if need be. When I get new shoes, I buy more heel cups! These are a god send!

For an inexpensive alternative in arch supports, these work very well. Soft and comfortable support for the ball of the foot, plus arch support.

These are great! I've been looking for arch supports I can easily use in sandals for summer, and these are it. Even in my open back one these are great--with a little piece of velcro, they stay put. The neutral under part is not blaringly obvious to all that I'm wearing supports.

These are excellent!! They are supportive, comfortable, and inexpensive (who could ask for anything more?). I wear them in all kinds of shoes, from loafers to open-toe high-heel pumps. They are among the very few available arch supports that don't have that annoying forefoot/metatarsal pad. I highly recommend them.

Great for the price. I have very high arches and long, narrow size 10 feet, and these work very well for me in anything but dress shoes (and even some of those).
