Good cushioning BUT too ...

Good cushioning BUT too thick. These are good for shoes that are too big for my foot, to fill in the extra space and keep my shoes from easily slipping off as I walk. But to cushion shoes that are my size and fit right but rub me the wrong way at the heel, they take up too much space. Nonetheless, I buy and use these because it's hard to find other heel snugs that are thinner. One brand that I used of thinner cushions had such bad adhesive that my shoes got sticky and the cushions kept sliding out of my shoes as I wore them. Yuck! So except for being too thick, these are comfortable and cushioning. And they do well at staying in place!

Wonderful product. Manufacturer must have repaired the problem with being unable to remove the adhesive backing. I had no problem. Bend in half lengthwise with paper backing on top. Remove the backing at the slit in paper. Then making sure the adhesive is on the outside so it does not stick to itself, fold in half end to end as you would place it in your shoe and let it pop out against the shoe and press to adhere. Very simple. Only takes a couple minutes. I've been wearing them in 2 pairs of shoes for a couple of weeks now and no sign of wear or loss of adhesion.

Great, inexpensive rescue for the feet. Its much softer than most heel grippers. The manufacturer seems to have solved the problem other reviewers mentioned with the white paper backing for the adhesive. The paper has a cut down the middle which now makes it a snap to remove. Fine product.

These are the best heel pads in terms of thickness and softness, but the manufacturer has to do something about the difficulty in removing the paper backing from the adhesive. It took 45 minutes to tease the paper away from the adhesive, but it still took a lot of the adhesive with it. How about a little margin around the edge to grab onto? If they can fix this obvious design flaw, they'll have a fabulous product. As it is, I'm not sure it's worth the trouble.

I have really narrow heels, and these strips make my shoes fit better and prevent blisters. The adhesive can be rejuvenated with double-sided tape or fabric glue after it's worn off. Well worth the money to me.

The sticky stuff doesn't last long...one of them started coming off a week after use. So, I used superglue. It worked out fine, however now two weeks after use, the clothy material they're made of is deteriorating.

Wonderful! I bought a pair of shoes that I loved, but after the first day of wearing them they had stretched out a LOT. I felt like a little kid playing dress up! Since I loved the shoes I needed a fix and these really did the job! They took a little getting used to the first day, but now I don't even notice them; my shoes fit PERFECTLY and do not slide at all. Highly recommend this product!!!
