Dust Mites: The presence of dust mites is unavoidable.  Research proves they cannot be eliminated.  An estimated 2,000,000 dust mites may be present in your bedding and mattress at any time.  The most carefully cleaned bedding, carpets, upholstery and drapery are still vulnerable to the presence of mites.

However, the regular use of Mite-NIX™ can neutralize the negative effects of the allergens in dust mite feces.

Contents: Contains only natural and biodegradable organic products that effectively denature mite and animal allergens, rendering them harmless to people and pets.

Note: Before use, test for color fastness on a small, inconspicuous area of fabric.  Do not spray on painted or varnished surfaces.  Do not apply to viscose rayon.  Store at room temperature.  Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Caution: Keep wet Mite-NIX away from eyes.  May cause eye irritation.  For eye irritation, rinse with plenty of cold water.  Will not cause eye irritation after drying.  If irritation persists, contact physician.  Keep all treated surfaces away from children until dry.  Do not drink.

One 16-ounce bottle of Mite-NIX™ will treat 150 square feet of surface area.  Mite-NIX™ should always be applied to clean, dry surfaces or fabrics to insure long-lasting effectiveness.  First, clean surface to be treated by vacuuming, laundering or steam cleaning; then let dry.  Apply a spray mist of Mite-NIX™ directly to carpet, upholstery, bedding, coverlets, and/or window fabrics.  Leave the treated surface damp but not saturated.  Drying time should be 20-30 minutes for most applications.  Spray applications will provide anti-allergen performance for 30-60 days without washing.

Where extended performance or regular machine washing is preferred, introduce Mite-NIX™ into the final rinse cycle for linens at the ratio of one cup per load.  The residual Mite-NIX™ will remain effective for up to four washings.  Machine drying may slightly reduce effectiveness.

For machine carpet cleaning applications, use extraction method machine.  Apply two ounces of Mite-NIX™ per two gallons of carpet cleaning solution or clear rinse water.
