1st- I must warn you after microwaving for 30 seconds, I didn't think it was warm enough, so after another 30 seconds I put it on my neck and shoulders and the heat began radiating nicely. 2nd- a pro & a con, the lavender scent is great but very strong and i'm hoping it will dissipate over time.

This doesn't seem as full as the prior years. It also has a stench so strong that I cannot stand to have it around my neck. I have had lavender neck pillows and neck wraps before and not had a problem but this scent- whatever it is is TOO MUCH. I'm returning as soon as I can figure out how.

Love this product. I have had previous ones but this one has too strong a fragrant. Tone that down or have none at all (that would be better).

I ordered this, not realizing that it would smell so strongly.I could not even begin to use it. It makes me sneeze and cough, and no one can stand to be in the same room with me. I am furious that I cannot return this because of the 30-day limit.

I love this product and have no complaints except I wish it would stay warmer longer. I have arthritiis of the neck and this pillow warmed up in the microwave makes my neck feel so good. I love the smell too. This is an excellent product.

This product is great for sore neck and shoulders--especially for people who work in front of a computer for long periods of time. The only drawback is that the scent is very strong. They should make an unscented version for scent-sensitive people.
Heat Therapy: Place in a clean microwave and heat in 1-minute intervals until optimal heat is achieved. Never leave unattended and do not overheat. Always test temperature before using- product should feel warm, not hot, to the touch.
Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for several hours before use. May be left in freezer indefinitely until ready to use.
Cleaning Instructions: Remove cover & machine wash in cold water. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly. Do not get grain insert wet..
