First off I love the Natrol line. I always feel like I'm getting top quality unlike some of the other supplement lines. I have been taking Rhodiola for about 3 months and I can most definitely see an improvement. It's touted as a mental and physical energy booster, but I personally use it to keep my bi-polar disorder under control. It works wonders for me in taking the edge off my mood swings and making it a great deal easier in handling what life throws at me. It takes about a month to really get into your system, but it has a very noticeable and positive effect once it gets in there. Great product, and much cheaper here than anywhere I've seen.
