This doesn't cure nasal congestion, but relieves it somewhat so that I can get to sleep. I like the strips that are skin colored (better than the clear ones) because they seem to stick a little better. I do feel self-conscious wearing these, because they make my nose look pig-like. OINK!

Got these for the hubby - he's used them in the past when he remembers. They certainly make a difference in his snoring, but it took a few attempts to find the best nose placement - higher/lower. He still snores but it's not as bad. He has switched over to a customized, moldable mouthpiece now, which works wonders. But, we'll still keep a few of the BreatheRight strips on hand. I think they're certainly worth a try. They, like the mouthpiece, aren't for temporary use. They're a "forever' thing.

The strips work to a limited extent but do not eliminate all my husband's snoring. He says the clear strips don't stay on his nose as well as the tan ones. I wish the small-medium tan came in a larger box than 30. I feel these are grossly over priced for what you get and what they cost to manufacture. They would be a far better value if they came in a box of 100 for [$]

I started taking a medicine that had a side effect of making my nasal passages close up. This has helped so much, I can breathe through my nose while I sleep and while the meds wear off. By morning I am back to normal. Any use at night.

These work great if you get a little stuffy lying down and have trouble sleeping. The regular pink ones stick so hard they can pull off chunks of skin when you remove them. So we use the clear ones (for sensitive skin) even though they don't adhere as well, but they still work fine. We are sleeping so well now.

This product has made a world of difference in my being able to sleep well. With allergies, sinus problems and a small narrow nose, I couldn't get enough air once I laid down at night. Since I started using these nasal strips, it's made such a difference I wouldn't be without them.

I have a deviated septum. These allow me to breathe all night and prevent snoring. I wish they offered a larger package at a better price. Come on, how much can it cost to make these things?
