This product worked for me within two hours. If you have high blood pressure, be careful using the diuretic with caffeine. Check with your doctor first.

I know not to expect miracles, but I don't think this product does anything at all. I get bloaty you-know-when but this really did nothing for me. I didn't notice any increase in frequency of bathroom trips either. I will not buy it again.
