After trying this product and realizing it didn't work for me, I went to my doctor for a stronger, prescription diuretic. It may work for you, everyone is different.

i have been taking this pill for 6 days now and i see the diffrence. my clothes have gotten looser bones that i saw once before are reappearing and i feel great. the best thing about it is there is no caffine which helps. usually pills with caffine have various side effects and the one i usually get is the migrane headaches, this pill does none of that. the only diffrence from the way i was before is that i urine more. overall great product.

I have always preferred use of Aqua Ban to any other product that claims to eliminate water weight gain. I find it is effective with no apparent side effects. I have used it safely for years. I sometimes cannot find it at the local stores and can always can get it through drugstore.com.

I've tried using Diurex to get rid of all the excess water I was retaining and it did NOTHING. As a last ditch effort to relieve all the swelling, I bought AquaBan and it worked immediately. Yea, you have to take it 3 or 4 times a day, but it's worth it. It got rid of all the water I was retaining after my vacation and it helps during my periods too, I love this stuff. I use it whenever I feel bloated and when I see that my ankles are swollen. It's good to know that there is something out there to help me get back to normal

Took this product last night with a big glass of water and only "went" three times in six hours. I do that drinking water anyway. In fact, last week I drank 20 oz of water and went more than TWELVE times in eight hours. Took this product again today and have only gone twice in six hours and I have had two cans of soda. This product, like all the over-the-counter diuretics before it, is useless. Save your money.

I have been taking Aqua-Ban for years! The only place I have been able to find it is CVS (here on the East Coast.) Much to my dismay, CVS no longer carries Aqua-Ban. Its main ingredient is Pamabrom 50mg and is extremely effective as a diuretic. The only stronger diuretic I have used is a prescription, hydrochlorothiazide. Now THAT is extremely effective! Thus, without a prescription, Agua-Ban is an extremely superb product and I have been very, very happy with it!

I've used this product a number of times over the past several years. It's great for relieving menstrual bloat or water retention caused by eating salty foods. I just take one pill with a full glass of water and it seems to start working within the hour. I usually only have to take one pill as it seems to increase my urine output for the whole day. I have never tried taking a dose every few hours like the packaging says you can. From just one pill I can tell a big difference. I can go from bloated to having a flat belly within 2 or 3 hours. I keep a box of Aqua Ban in my medicine cabinet all the time.

The pharmacist recommended this product to me while I inquired the water pill products. But I have to say I felt very upset with this product since it did absolutely nothing to me. I wished I could give it a five stars when I heard the recommendation while I bought and wished it would help with my problems. But it turned out to be an upset!

I get very bloated during that time of the month and have tried everything on the market - this one was a dream come true. The pamabrom in Aqua-Ban causes me to lose the bloat without the leg cramps! But be warned, stay near a bathroom for the first couple of hours after you take it.
