I recommend this product for active individuals. It is not proven by any group but it works for me. I dance extensively and know that it is helping protect my joints. I started taking this and a krill oil supplement a few months ago after starting a rigorous weight lifting regimen. I was sore before taking this. After a week or so, the soreness went away. Either my body adjusted on its own or this stuff works. I hear a lot of people recommend glucosamine and chondroiten, my joints don't hurt anymore, and it's a decent price for what you get, so I'm going to keep using it.
