I love this brush. It works so well with any dark powder eye shadow. I use it whenever I'm going for the smokey-eye look. It's the best brush I've ever used to get that effect. This brush is definitely worth the money.

The nicest eyeshadow brush I've ever used. Now I can do all those tricks that I see i.e., cover eye with light shadow and use the angled end to fill in a corner or put line in crease of eye, etc.

This is the missing link! A great brush for eye makeup junkies (like myself) and a great price!!! I've checked, and there's none other like this one...it is a wonderful tool for applying cream shadows and a nice liner too (for smudging those "too made up" types). Can't think of anything bad about this brush...okay maybe it's a little long when working close up with a lighted mirror; but other than that it's a perfect brush. Highly recommended by one who's really into details.

I hate to upset a five star rating but I was a little disappointed in this brush. I wanted this brush to apply the eyeliner as well as to smudge it. It is too big to use for eyeliner application. So, if you want a good smudger, this is great, but if you want it for other purposes, you might be disappointed.

An essential brush for anyone who ever likes to wear the smoky eye (which is my daily staple, I don't care what the rules say and I get compliments all the time. I am also a makeup artist).This makes getting the smoky look a piece of cake. Here's my method: using a straight edge brush (like the Paula Dorf transformer), dip it wet (water or the transformer liquid, also by Dorf) into a dark shadow of your choice, be it grey(my fave), purple, black, whatever. Stroke the eyeliner on around your eyes. Let dry, then take the NARS brush and gently buff/smudge. With the same NARS brush (dry, not wet), dip into the same shadow and apply color to your whole eyelid. This is the best makeup brush ever for those who love eyeliner, but want it to look soft. You can also just use the NARS brush and apply everything dry, but I've found the Transformer liquid makes everything waterproof and withstands tears and rain. So you can pick your own application technique. Your eyes will smolder, I promise!

This is the best smudger brush I've ever used. It makes creating a sexy, smoky eye a piece of cake. It's so easy to use, and the bristles are small enough to give you a nice smudged line. I can use this brush to smudge pencil liners and I can use it to dip into powder liners and create a smoky look. If you like smoky eye looks, then this is the brush for you. It's worth the money! I adore this brush; it's fantastic!

This brush first came to my attention a few days ago from the 5 stars rating section of this site. I was so eager to try it I decided to buy it that very day from Sephora, which is close to my house. Well needless to say I should have gotten it from this site, as Sephora was totally out of the brush when I went in the store to buy it. Anyway I ended up buying it from this site, and I tried it this morning. I would have DEFINITELY given this brush more stars if I could; it is worth every penny I spent. Ladies, this one is a definite MUST in your make up kits.
