Important: do not overfill.
- Open clip by pressing locking tab in and pulling up top bar.
- Grasp neck of ice pack with both hands and twist in opposite directions to open.
- Fill ice pack with ice to Fill Line mark (or 2/3 full) on label. Important: Do not overfill.
- Squeeze pack gently to remove excess air.
- Fold neck of ice pack over bottom blade of clip, align, and smooth out wrinkles.
- To ensure a leak-proof seal, carefully close top bar of clip until locking tab snaps into locked position.
- Check pack regularly. If leaking, repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
- Air dry before storage.
- Most experts recommend periods of cold treatment not longer than 20 minutes with at least several hours of recovery between treatments.
