I first used this product when vacationing in Maine and my back went into spasm. I came home and couldn't find the same product for a while. I tried other brands and even burned my back on one. Finally, I found the brand here and have been ordering it ever since. It works so well and much longer hours than advertised on the package. An excellent product, I don't know how I would manage, with my back problems, without it.

I have used this product for almost 5 years. However, the ones I purchase from [...] seem to last and work much better. I don't understand why; but... the ones I purchase when I am in New York stick to my skin much longer and produce much more heat than the ones I purchase from this website. As I have stated, I use this product DAILY for 5 years so I think I am a pretty good judge. I can always tell from which pile I grabbed the heating pad from in my master bathroom every day. If my pain level is not that bad, I will use the ones I have purchased from the website - if the pain is horrid, I definitely use the store bought ones (which also are cheaper).
Just attach these to the outside of your underwear for back pain and not be confined to electric heating pads and bed so much. They really help with pain and keep from having to take so much meds.This company has a good price on them also.

The portability and size of these allow me to be more active with much less pain and muscle spasms from my severe OA. I find them to be far easier to use than any salve or cream and they generally stay comfortable warm for about 15 hrs. I highly recommend them.
This product can not be found in drugstores anymore, I use it on a daily purpose and it stays warm for over 24 hrs. I attached it to my underwear and gives even hear. Drugstore. Com is the lowest price on any website I have found. Thank you DrugStore. Com. Julie D

I like this product because you can use for lower back pain. I do not apply the sticky side to my skin, I attach the sticky side to my under clothes and the pad will last up to 12 hours of heat for pain relief.
Open the package and expose the pad to the air. No kneading or shaking is necessary. The pad will heat up within 20 minutes after opening.
Remove the paper from the adhesive backing to adhere the pad to clothing. Do not adhere the pad directly to the skin. Remove the pad immediately if it becomes too warm and uncomfortable.
Once the pad has cooled or you are finished using it, gently peel it off clothing and discard of it properly.
