These supports have really helped me. I use a computer all day and sometimes do not take breaks as often as I should. I also use an ergonomic (natural) keyboard. I do not like to type without some sort of wrist support and these do the job for me.

To Wear: Open wrap-around strap and slide hand into glove. The thumb and index finger should each slide into their own finger hole. Wrap strap around wrist and secure fastener. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.

Care: Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softeners.
