I've been very happy with my energy level and mood/lack of depression in the month I've been taking the B12. At first I thought it was a little expensive. but the cost has been worth the results (after slowly weaning off depression meds in the previous 3 months I began taking the B12 and still feel great!) Taste is pleasant, dissolves quickly, actual pill is very small.
