I don't like this product ...

I don't like this product at all. A total waste of money. It is thick and gooey and hard to wash off the hands. It makes my hair feel crunchy whether I let it air dry, or blow dry it with a diffuser. It doesn't seem to hold the curls or define them in any way. My hair looks frizzier than if I use nothing at all.

The first time I used this product I was annoyed at how sticky it is. However, it made my wavy hair much curlier. It's a chore to wash the goo off of my hands, but it works. I would say it's just as good as KMS Curl Up balm or Aveda Be Curly.

I find as a hair stylist that this is the best product out there for people who desire a soft curl. Curls rock is a cream based product that smoothes and tames curls; it is not a gel. It works best with the curls rock booster, but that can tend to leave hair crunchy.

This product was recommended to me at my local salon, because I was looking for something that would define curls without heat. However, without blowdrying and diffusing, this product leaves hair crunchy. I wouldn't buy it again.

I have naturally curly hair and those who also have curly hair know how many products there are on the market for "our hair." All of these products claim to tame the frizzies and fly aways but none of them have done what this product does. I LOVE THIS STUFF and pretty much all of Tigi's products. Tigi has by far, some of the best curly hair products on the market. After washing my hair, I apply Paul Mitchells Sculpting foam and then the Tigi Curls Rock and achieve incredible results.

This isn't my favorite curly hair product, but it does the job. It gives nice curl definition and smells decent. It doesn't provide the best frizz control, so if your curls tend to frizz you might want to add a separate de-frizzing product.
