Can I give this stuff more stars??? Smells so clean and fresh, and it works great. Very moisturizing, and a tube lasts longer than you'd expect.

I also tried this product based on the great reviews but wasn't prepared for the heavy, greasy film it left on my face. It's definitely a night time moisturizer, and would probably better suit people who have very dry skin. I like that it's all-natural, and it does moisturize. It's just too heavy for my liking.

I've purchased this cream because of the good reviews but I was disappointed. I bought Skin Food for my feet and hands (they can get really dry!) After I applied it, it was fine with a little greasy residue (I didn't mind that) but in about 5-10 minutes my hands and feet were dry again. Then I tried the cream on my face (I have combination skin - dry cheeks, oily T-zone). At first, it made my skin very oily everywhere, then I went to bed and in the morning I had to wash my face twice so I can get rid of the oiliness. I liked the scent, it didn't bother me at all but probably I won't buy this product again. However, it still might be a good choice for someone with dry face. I also liked the idea that it's all natural. I also purchased the Weleda Day moisturizer which suited my skin type better (that's a lighter cream for face). As far as hand and feet cream, I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

I live in the desert, and my hands and forearms especially suffer from dryness. This product is marvelous -- the best I've ever found yet after long searching -- for my fair, dry skin. The smell at first was troublesome, not a great scent for bedtime, but that's the only criticism I have. I've recommended this product to everyone, including my husband who is also suffering from aged, dry skin.

I decided to try this product because of the rave reviews. When I got it home and opened it, it seemed WAY too heavy to use on my face. Just in case, I chose to try it for the first time on a night when I didn't have work the next day. My worries were completely unnecessary! It soaked in very well and my face wasn't flaky by 11am like it is with most products. I definitely wouldn't suggest it if dry skin is not a concern. I am a bit turned off by the scent because it smells like grapefruit and I'm not a fan, but it isn't obtrusive enough to cause me to discontinue use. Good stuff!

Absolutely worth every penny! My hands were so dry and would crack and bleed. This stuff rocks! After sleeping with it on my hands after one night, I saw a big improvement.

I dread the winter, because my face dries up and I end up with huge dry patches on my skin. Bleh! After reading the reviews on this, I thought I would give it a try. Geez, I'm so glad I did. When I first received this, I was a bit shocked about how thick it was and it also has a very strong scent as well, which I was worried about, since my eyes are extremely sensitive to scented moisturizers. So, I decided to try it first as a night cream to see how my skin would react. After seeing great results, I decided why not try it during the day. It's wonderful. I use enough to cover my entire face during the day, but not to much and amazingly it does not leave my skin oily at all. It just seems to comfort and soothe my skin and it does not bother my eyes at all! I will use this religiously during the winter months from now on as both a day/night moisturizer. If you have dry/sensitive skin like me, then do yourself and your face a favor and pick up a tube of this now!

FINALLY!!! Weleda Skin Food accomplishes for me what dermatologist visits and prescription hand creams never could: it PREVENTS the painful, unsightly eczema I develop on my knuckles each winter from occurring in the first place. I massage a small amount of Skin Food into the backs of my hands every night before bed and have yet to have a single eczema outbreak this season! And mind you, the eczema I experience is severe: rough, red, cracked skin that stings and burns -- and seems to develop instantaneously after washing my hands once the temperature outside dips below 40 degrees. The steroid-based prescription creams help soothe the outbreaks once they happen, but I'm a Weleda convert for life because I haven't had to turn to them once this year. No more frightening wintertime hands! Woo hoo!

I bought this based on reviews after trying the calendula baby cream first. I have dry patches from psoriasis and decided to try Weleda before turning to prescribed creams. First off, it has reduced my dry patches a lot. Secondly, I had a bad runny nose which made my nose raw and red. I put this on my nose before I slept and the next day, my nose was good as new -- highly recommend. Plus I love the scent.

Absolutely fabulous product. I usually use it at night and in the morning; I can feel a definite difference in the appearance and softness of my skin. I use it on my face and lips. It does not irritate my face and although it has natural oils, is not oily, so it won't clog pores. Amazing stuff and it smells wonderfully fresh!
