Used twice a day on a darkened scar, not a raised scar. Surprised to see noticeable lightening in 3 weeks. I'm approaching 12 weeks now, and although it's not completely gone, it's much less visible now. I was pretty skeptical because I saw no change when using mederma or a vitamin E oil scar treatment I tried.

I had an operation on my arm, and it left a scar that I didn't like. After using this product regularly for over a month, the scar is disappearing in a way I didn't think was possible. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical before trying this product; however, I am shocked with the results so far. I will continue to use and recommend this product.

I have used this product for stretch marks after I had lost weight, and now I'm using it for acne scars, and it works great! I like that it's a gel because it absorbs a lot faster then a cream. It does take a little time and you do have to use it 2-3 times a day for it work faster. If you use this and the microdermabrasion scrub derma e has it helps speed things up. This also helps keep acne breakouts away.!

Initially, I bought this to treat my acne scars. I have had a problem with acne all my life (I still do). I'm a guy and I have really oily skin. I had been using it for two months, and had noticed some softening of the appearance of my scars. However, with the start of summer, I stopped using it because of vacation. Anyways, I still get pimple outbreaks. I usually use oxy-10 to treat them, but sometimes the benzyl perioxide dries my skin out. Since this stuff goes on really light and really cools my skin out, I tried using this at the same time as a moisturizer. I don't know why, but my pimples go away a lot faster when I use this stuff with the oxy-10, and I have tried a lot of topical acme meds! So definitely five stars for the scar reduction power, and the acne fighting power!

I see no improvement in fading my scar. It just darkened it and made it more noticeable.

I have only been using this product for about 3 or 4 weeks. I have really oily skin with huge pores. I have many facial scars from ingrown hairs. Oh and I'm a man too. Most moisturizers and lotions cause me insane break outs and make me really oily. So far I would say as a scar gel this seems to be worthless. As a moisturizer this stuff is amazing. It has a really light smell (nothing to girlie). After about 10 minuets my skin feels so soft and smooth. It's like having chick skin with a 5 0' clock shadow. I would highly recommend this product, but don't expect much in the way of scar fading.

This product is wonderful! After using it for only one week I immediately saw results. My face looked so much better, making my complexion in better condition. I give this product four stars because (for me) it works great; however, it is expensive.

In my opinion, not worth the bucks. I used it religiously for weeks with no results. Finally began using a product called ScarFade with better results.

I have a scar from where a birthmark was removed on my neck. I first tried Mederma, which is much more expensive than derma e. I used derma e for several months, only at bedtime. The product did nothing for my scar - in fact, it sometimes made it look worse than without anything at all. At least Mederma improved the appearance somewhat. I cannot recommend this product.

I have suffered from acne for many years, and as a result have a face that's covered with little red scars. Most scar products make me break out, but this one actually hleps clear my skin!!! It's awesome. I highly recommend it.
