This was recommended in a book I read. Tea tree oil doesn't smell that weird--just kind of natural--but it doesn't matter, anyway, because the smell fades completely after a couple minutes. It takes a while to actually clear up your skin (like most skincare products), but I'm very happy with it. I've even stopped using my prescription. This is gentle and actually good for your skin, unlike most harsh OTC and prescription acne treatments. You need very little of the creme to moisturize your whole face, too, so it's a good value.

I don't like anything with tea tree oil, as it's too strong and it smells awful. However, this creme worked well on my hands, which had a lot of little winter cuts.

For me, this moisturizer can't be beat. During an extraction facial, my aesthician told me that I really needed something antiseptic for sensitive skin prone to acne. I don't currently live near a good department store, so popped into my local drugstore and wound up picking up Derma E. It's GREAT! It moisturizes me without breaking me out, and is fantastic as a night lotion over other treatments I might use. I'd compare this to Benefit's Hyaluronic Moisturizer: both are great for seriously sensitive skin, but this product (while having a medicinal smell - tea tree oil smells foul) is 1/3 the price with twice the volume. I can't say I've found anything to compare to Derma E, and this is now my night cream.
