I starting using this in desperation after my dermatologist could not help what I cal my "summer arms," after five years of misery. I would get bit by some insect in the garden and the burning and itching would drive me crazy not abating until I itched the area, and then the itch would come roaring back within a few minutes. This always continued off and on all summer long. I found this product by accident and thought I would give it a try beginning BEFORE the summer and keep it up during if it worked - and it did! No nasty itching and the side effect of soft smooth skin is wonderful! It is also working to ease the cracking of the Psoriasis on my hands!

I've had acne for years and this product is the first topical that is healing the acne and the existing scarring. I use it on my face, chest, and back, and the results have been wonderful. It does not sting or burn, and absorbs into the skin well. A little goes a long way, so it is definately worth the money. I'm going to stock up so I never run out!!!!

I bought this cream mostly because of the good reviews and also because I love products with tea tree oil. This creme seems thin compared to other moisturizing creams, but it's nice because it's not like spreading icing on your skin. It absorbs well and is easy to rub in. I mostly use this for my legs. My skin feels good all day when compared to the normal tightness/dryness I experience. I had an area of chapped skin on my chin and used a little bit of this with pleasant results. It soothed the dryness as well as reduced the flaking. Normally I would never put a cream on my face because I tend to break out easily, but this cream did not make my face break out. It has sort of a medicinal smell, but the scent fades quickly.

Bought this cream based on the rave reviews by people with skin issues similar to mine (breaks out, but very sensitive to most acne treatments). Love it. Not sure how it works so well, but somehow it manages to help immensely in clearing up my adult acne - when nothing else has worked - while still moisturizing my skin like no other non-comedogenic creams. Read lots of complaints about the tea tree smell, but it's not at all bothersome, especially if you use it only at bedtime (and strangely, I've received compliments on the scent more than once...). I'm now a regular user & diehard fan.

The combination of tea tree oil and vitamin E in this product makes it antibacterial, calming, and incredibly healing. I've been using this cream for a few years now, and since derma e has switched to this lighter texture, it's suitable to use all over your face & body as a preventive measure for many skin conditions, as well as a spot treatment for blemishes, rashes or scars. Recently, my skin has become insanely sensitive, freaking out in reaction to most products, but using this cream nightly really helps keep my skin under control and clear up anything that does pop up. It's great for first aid purposes, too, and the price is reasonable. The only drawbacks I can find are the oiliness and the scent, but those are minor factors. Unless you have very dry skin, it's much better suited to being a night-time treatment. Plus, you really do get used to the smell of tea tree oil, and the scent from this cream dissipates quickly. Overall, this is a must-have product for me that has tremendously improved the condition of my skin.

I have been thrilled with this product. I've been looking for something to help clear my adult acne for years and this seems to have done the trick! The creme is very soothing and gets rid of any dryness, but does not leave my combination skin oily. Fresh scent, a little strong, but I don't mind it. I use it at night after washing my face and in the morning after a shower before I apply makeup. It has also worked great for dry chapped winter skin on my hands. I've already purchased another container to have a spare. Great value.

It has a definite tea tree aroma that I don't mind. I think it might be good on minor abrasions, chapped skin--but was too harsh for my face. IIt created a burning sensation and left red marks on my cheeks!

This stuff does smell kinda like vicks..so I wear it only at night, but it works like a miracle, I had been breaking out strangely for the last 2 yrs on my back and lower back..nothing helped not even perscription creams, my doctor just kept telling me to use a antibacterial soap in the shower, and that alone just did not do it, Ive only used this for almost a week and see more than 100% improvment, I have already recommended it to two friends whos teenage daughters have acne problems with no perscription results

I had really bad acne and acne marks not only on my face but also on my body. After about a month of using this product, I have noticed a drastic difference. At night I use this creme and I use it all over my body after a shower. Although it does have a strong smell, it doesnt bother me too much. I just spritz on some body spray after using it. The only con is that my face looks a little greasy, but thats because I have super oily skin anyways. So that is the reason why I use it only at night on my face and in the daytime I use a mattifying moisturizer. I love this creme and I love the microdermabrasion scrub from derma-e. Simply the best!
