I am 40 years old and have been blessed with great skin. Nobody ever believes that my 20 year old son is actually mine, which is great! The one thing I did not like about my skin was between my eyes there is a crease, it's the one thing that makes me "show" my age. Since using Regenerist, that line is disappearing, and this is my first bottle! I have tried many many products over the years, and I have to say this is the best hands down, especially for the price! I love it! The fast results are truly amazing!

I am 38 years old with sensitive combination skin, which became even more temperamental during my pregnancy and nursing (from June 2005 to Aug 2006). This Olay Regenerist Serum is the only product I could use in tandem with Dove's Sensitive Face Essentials Day Lotion, for the last 14 months including a couple weeks of heatwaves in the Los Angeles, CA area. My face is smooth, dewy and clear. I use the Serum as a "night cream" and a makeup base (mattifier) throughout the year. The UV lotion isn't worth it and I think the formulation is different fromt the Serum, so the results are going to be different as well. If you are looking for a similar product, try Neutrogena's Complete UV in place of Olay Regenerating UV lotion. It works much better for almost all skin types and colors.

When they say "renewing the outer layer, they mean "removing the outer layer"...it's a peel...a comparitively gentle, feels more like moisturizer when you apply it, gradual peel, but don't get carried away. When I first used this product I was treating it like a lotion, and applied a large amount to a rough patch on my forehead...that patch cracked open and revealed large blackheads underneath. I think the people on here who are reviewing that it causes breakouts...it's not really causing them, it's just bring existing problems to the surface. Using this product consistently, in small amounts has kept a reasonable resurfacing rate going, and I've had less acne problems overall, and more even skin texture. A bit like retin-A, only gentler, and less smelly.

If possible, try the fragranced serum also. It smells amazing. This isn't a harsh wrinkle fighter. I use it as an "I am taking care of my skin" serum, not a miracle wrinkle cream. I love that it can go under makeup without disrupting its finish by being too oily.

This product is horrible as far as my skin is concerned. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I experienced terrible results. I actually broke out from using this product. Normally, my skin is pretty flawless. My skin also turned blotchy, and reddish in certain areas. I've tried it on more than one occasion to see if maybe it would work...same results every time. I don't know if this matters, but my skin is fair and I have normal skin as far as oil levels are concerned. So if that sounds like you, you may want to rethink this purchase.

I love this stuff! I have to say, I have tried lots of products and have finally found something that works well for my skin. I can see the difference in my skin, my pores have really decreased in size. My friends are even asking me what I am doing differently. I'm 29 years old with slightly oily/very resistant skin. I've been using this every night for about a week. It's the only thing I use after cleansing at night. Since I have oily skin and the weather has been warm, I feel the serum serves as a pretty good light moisturizer for me. As other reviewers have pointed out: The serum is not greasy at all and is absorbed fast. My skin also feels smooth right after use, which I think is pretty amazing! The only drawback I have to say is the smell (like alcohol). I expect no smell at all from a fragrance free product! Good thing the smell is gone after it goes on the face. I can't wait to see the difference in my skin 6 ~ 8 weeks from now if there's going to be any.

It is really lightweight and doesn't clog my pores. It also works great under powder foundations (which I use)! I am 30 and I decided to start using more anti-aging products, and I am so glad that I gave this product a try. It does everything that it says that it will!
