I didn't realize this was an aerosol; it's kind of a wasteful packaging. The nozzle stuck the first time I used it. I have to force it to turn off after it was spraying all over the place. It has kind of an off-smell. Might as well use a generic spray bottle or a neti salt solution.

This product is effective , yet as I mentioned I have wasted a lot of money since the container leaks !!! What I get to use is very worthwhile , but it is annoying that they have not improved the packeging so it does not leak !!

I have very bad allergies & I used this product after going to the barn & spending the afternoon with horses, hay & dust. I recommend using this in the shower; I needed to rinse my nose a little. It worked well in rinsing out my sinuses but I found it does take a little getting used to.

I like the solution and the fact that you can do a quick short burst of solution or a full running rinse. HOWEVER, I have had two bottles that quit working on me before they were even half empty. One after just about 5 uses. I emailed the manufacturer but never received a response back. These are stored in a bathroom closet so it's not as though they are being roughly handled or dropped all the time either. In fact, neither bottle was ever dropped.

I can't stand the aerosol can. It shoots the saline up your nose with such force it made my eyes water and tickled so bad! Next time I'll stick with non-aerosol saline sprays so I can control the force. I'm sure the product itself works great but I'm scared of it now and won't be using it again.

This product is amazing, I have tried the netty pot which GIVES me infections (its not sterile the doctor tells me) neither is ALL the other squeesable saline nose sprays so they can also lead to infection this is the only one that is doctor recommended, my doctors told me to throw OUT the netty pot and my squeese bottle and only use this and its beyond amazing. If your stuffy and dry just use this and then blow your nose your going to be amazed at what comes out. I use it monring and before bed and I'm totally hooked. I will NEVER be without this. Again this is the only one that STAY STERILE THROUGHOUT USE. Netty pots CAUSED INFECTIONS AND COLDS IN ME. TRY THIS you you wont be dispaiintoed.

Simply Saline Nasal Mist is very gentle, non-habit forming, no side effects, no steroids, and sterile. I like the portable size. Simply Saline also makes one that's twice this size, 3 ounces. I keep the larger one handy at home, work and car, so that I can have one in case I forget the smaller one. I highly recommend this, it's much easier to use than a Neti Pot. Although I'll still use a Neti Pot every so often, but obviously the Simply Saline spray is much more convenient to use when away from home or when I don't have a lot of time. Simply Saline sprays have definitely cut down the painful sinus headaches I used to get all the time.

So far superior to other nasal sprays I've used -- it's truly amazing. Don't try comparing it to squeeze bottle saline sprays -- they may be easier to get used to, but in the long run they don't hold a candle to this product. Once you get the hang of using it, this spray will clear up sinus problems like you wouldn't believe! I've been using it almost daily for several years, and no more killer sinus headaches!

This is by far the best saline product I have used. It clears me up and keeps me from getting those seasonal colds. Can you believe it is preservative free?! It is recyclable too... You can't feel guilty when you are using a product this green! I would have given this product 10 stars if it hadn't stopped at five!

I have had sinus problems for as many years as I can remember. I've tried every spray on the market - over the counter and Rx - and this is the first thing I've tried that not only works to relieve dryness and help me breathe better, but it isn't going to cause harm if I use it every day like the OTC medicated sprays. I have even had fewer sinus infections since I started using it (I used to get them every time the weather started to change... spring and fall were hell, but last spring, I was only sick once!) I bought a can for my mother and now she's a devoted user as well. I recommend it to everyone... I don't know how I lived so long without it!!!
