Simply Saline Nasal Mist is very gentle, non-habit forming, no side effects, no steroids, and sterile. I like the portable size. Simply Saline also makes one that's twice this size, 3 ounces. I keep the larger one handy at home, work and car, so that I can have one in case I forget the smaller one. I highly recommend this, it's much easier to use than a Neti Pot. Although I'll still use a Neti Pot every so often, but obviously the Simply Saline spray is much more convenient to use when away from home or when I don't have a lot of time. Simply Saline sprays have definitely cut down the painful sinus headaches I used to get all the time.

So far superior to other nasal sprays I've used -- it's truly amazing. Don't try comparing it to squeeze bottle saline sprays -- they may be easier to get used to, but in the long run they don't hold a candle to this product. Once you get the hang of using it, this spray will clear up sinus problems like you wouldn't believe! I've been using it almost daily for several years, and no more killer sinus headaches!

This is by far the best saline product I have used. It clears me up and keeps me from getting those seasonal colds. Can you believe it is preservative free?! It is recyclable too... You can't feel guilty when you are using a product this green! I would have given this product 10 stars if it hadn't stopped at five!

I have had sinus problems for as many years as I can remember. I've tried every spray on the market - over the counter and Rx - and this is the first thing I've tried that not only works to relieve dryness and help me breathe better, but it isn't going to cause harm if I use it every day like the OTC medicated sprays. I have even had fewer sinus infections since I started using it (I used to get them every time the weather started to change... spring and fall were hell, but last spring, I was only sick once!) I bought a can for my mother and now she's a devoted user as well. I recommend it to everyone... I don't know how I lived so long without it!!!

This is the best saline on the market. The can sprays well. The solution does not have an odor, like some of the brands do.

I have suffered from at least 10 colds/sinus infections in the past year (I work in a doctor's office), and this stuff is GREAT at preventing illness. Ever since I have been using it (every am & pm) I have been healthy. It really decongests, too! I know it's just water, but it really works wonders. Highly recommended for anyone who gets sick frequently.

This is the first saline spray that I've actually liked! All the others come in bottles that squirt huge amounts of liquid up your nose, which winds up running back out, making a mess. I always wind up throwing the bottle away, wishing someone would make a saline spray in a bottle that has a mist affect - more like the bottles that the medicated nasal sprays come in! I guess those other bottles are ok for people that like to "irrigate" their nasal passages, but I don't have allergies, and generally have good nasal health. In the winter the air gets rather dry, and that causes a little nasal discomfort, so an occasional nasal moisturizer is all I need. I tried Simply Saline for the first time today, and it is EXACTLY what I had been hoping for. It has a nice, gentle, fine mist that you barely even feel except for the wonderful moisturizing effect it has. No harsh streams squirting up your nose, no mess of solution running down your upper lip... And the no preservatives is just a bonus!

Great way to keep your nose moist and comfortable in the dry winter months. I love the light touch spray.

I suffer from seasonal allergies, and ever since I came across this product and started using it, I haven't had an allergy attack or bout yet. The spray is excellent for moisturizing my nasal passages during these dry winter months, especially when I travel to keep any germs from entering my dry passages, and so far so good. I haven't gotten sick yet (knock on wood), and I love using the spray when I feel like I need to really moisturize or when I know that the allergy season is approaching. There are no side-effects or stinging whatsoever. I haven't needed to rely on my allergy medicine since using this. I even bought a couple cans for my brother who suffers from allergies, and he absolutely loved it!! This is the best stuff you'll find out there.

This is the first time I have ever gone to the trouble to write an online review for a product! I wholeheartedly agree this is good stuff and is a cut above the Ocean sprays and copycats. I've been struggling with nasal issues since surgery a month ago and have been using this both to moisturize and irrigate.
