This bar is an easy pick me up when on the go with decent cookie dought taste. I thought it would be drier and more chalky than it is. some of these bars are barely edible.

I have a full schedule as a director at a Fortune 500 company, a full time college student, and the proud father of a demanding 3-year old son. This often means that I am working through meals so bars are a necessity for me because I get a migraine if I skip a meal. There are few bars that I can stomach and Balance makes a few of them but this is by far my favorite. It is soft, tastes good, and goes down easy. Some of the other bars are hard and chewy and take some time to eat. I can eat one of these bars walking to my next meeting. I'm on my fifth box of them and here ordering two more.
