This is a great heating pad. It stays warm a very long time, but I like that eventually it cools so you don't burn yourself if you fall asleep with it. The only con is that after a certain amount of use, the bag breaks and you have to throw it away. Still, economical enough to buy a new one. I just got a new one because my roommate keeps taking mine...

I absolutely love this thing! When I drove the school bus in the winter time, those seats were BRUTAL for the first hour or so of sitting on them, and school buses take a very long time to heat up. I would use my heated up pad to lean on so I wouldn't get spasms in my back from those bitter cold seats! Sometimes, if the seats were cramping my belly because my abdominal muscles were tightened from the cold, I'd sit on the pad, and the problem was solved! When I got home from my morning route, I'd use it to warm up my feet while I had coffee, then heat it up for my afternoon route. It never failed me!

I have bought three of these heating pads..one for me (sore muscles), one for my husband (back problems since young) and one for my mother-in-law (arthritis). We kept fighting over the one I had so had to get enough for all. Easy to use while sitting in a chair or in bed. This pad doesn't burn your hands when getting it out of microwave, but is wonderfully hot when applied against body. Don't overheat the pad.
