My wife had this product sitting around and she liked it, so I tried it. I only used for an hour and my teeth got really white. It was so easy to use that I did it while I was watching TV.

I bought this to use with the trays that I had made at the dentist office, as I had run out of the paste that I got with my kit. This stuff is horrible. I could not use it at all on bottom teeth because it was so painful and could not finish on the top teeth because of the pain. I was as careful as possible to avoid contact with my gums, but it still affected my gums so badly that I could hardly eat for a few days.

My gums were so severely burned that my dentist told me I cannot brush my teeth for 2 weeks or the gums will not grow back to a good height. Do NOT buy this product!!!

This product is definitely not worth the money. I bought it because I thought it would make a difference due to the Rembrandt name, but it didn't. I followed the directions and used four applications in a total of two hours. First of all, it was very painful and uncomfortable. It burned my gums to the extent that I couldn't brush my teeth for a full week, because it hurt so much. I did see my teeth get a little whiter, but since I couldn't brush, my teeth went back to the same color as before. My advice: Don't use this unless you are ready for the torture of a lifetime.

I would not recommend this product. This product left my gums blistered and so inflamed that five days later I'm still having difficulty brushing my teeth. I was extremely careful not to get the gel on my gums ... especially after I felt an uncomfortable sensation, but the damage was already done. I would not consider my gums "sensitive". I have used a couple other products with no problems. Granted, my teeth did get whiter even though I was unable to finish 2 hour process ... but it's not worth the bleeding gums.

It has already been 24 hours and my gum lines and parts of the gum which are beside the teeth- top and bottom- are a bruised like color (brownish-red) and it looks like they were burnt. There are also some parts of the gum lines where the gums are whitish and bits of the gums were removed while using the whitening gel. I used very little. I had more than enough gel left for extra use, but it is impossible not to get it on the gums. After using it my teeth were in pain. I couldn't eat or drink, but that is not the worst part. I can't brush my teeth, they hurt too much and more of my gums will start to piece off. Also, there was no whitening effect- None! Maybe it just seems whiter because either the gums are a bright red or dark brown makes it seem like whiter but NO! It's not worth the money and time. It now looks like I have gum disease.

I used this product last night. Not only did it not make that much of a difference in the shade of my teeth, it burned my gums. The tray was very uncomfortable even after I shaped it with hot water. My gums are still sore and it's over 16 hours later. It made my mouth taste and feel funny for awhile, even after brushing. Also, it only whitened my teeth a shade or two. It didn't whiten nearly as well as the advertisement claimed. This product is also very messy.

I used this product according to the instructions and had no problem with the mouth trays or the gel. I noticed a slight tingle on gums while using. After the first 20 minutes I noticed my teeth were whiter. I continued with the treatment and my teeth and my GUMS became white. My gums, both upper and lower were burning and blistering. I am now unable to brush teeth without gums bleeding and hurting. I DO NOT recommend this product at all. There is no way to keep the gel off of your gums while doing the treatments. The pain is not worth the results you will get.

The instructions state that the trays will fit most people with no adjustment needed, but I found that it was a lot more comfortable to follow the "adjusting" instructions. The gel was a little messy to get into the trays and then when it was pressed up against the teeth, the gel kind of oozed out of the top of the trays. The whitening was excellent, but it is a lot messier than using whitening strips. I would recommend it if you have an afternoon or an evening alone, because it is impossible to talk with the trays in! Otherwise, I would say that it is a good value and that it is worth the money.

My teeth did get a lot whiter. One problem that I had with this product is that when i first put the gel on the mouth part, some of the solution got onto my finger and turned it white. it bleached the skin a little bit. Another problem that I had is that this procedure seemed to irritate my teeth. I must have sensitive teeth or something.
