To be honest with you I was very scared to try this after reading about the pain...I actually wanted to return it. I will tell you this I read and followed the directions and had no problems at all. I did not have the pain others have experienced. So if you're thinking of trying this do give it the benefit of the doubt. By the way, I DO HAVE SENSITIVE GUMS and still I didn't experience anything but a slight tingle. I hope this review will help you.

I didn't experience the pain everyone is talking about. It did tingle a bit though. I just don't care for it because I didn't really see any difference once I got done. My teeth still look the same. The process isn't much fun either...it is quite cumbersome. I am going to continue until I use it up, but as for my first try it did little in way of whitening...so I don't recommend it.

I have tried the Crest White strips and did not like those at all. I am on my third 20-minute session. I have not seen one bit of a difference in my teeth. Not that I had badly discolored teeth to begin with, but they were slightly yellow. I am very disappointed in this product so far. Not only is the taste hideous. I like the idea of the trays instead of the horrible strips that do not stay put. But as far as the quality of this product, I think it stinks. As far as tooth sensitivity, I did not experience any. That I would say is the only positive thing about this product. Let's face it people, nothing is going to work like going to the dentist and having it done. So as far as I am concerned, do not buy this product. Stop wasting your money on over the counter whiteners. Save up a few bucks a week and get it done professionally. I have learned my lesson. I am going to treat myself this Christmas and get it done the right way!

This product did a great job whitening my teeth! I had no problems with my gums as other people did- I followed the directions to the letter and I also don't have sensitive teeth or gums. I used the 2-hour application the first night, and have been using it once a night every other night since then (it's been about a week since the first application). I like this much better than the strips that slip and slide around, and the results are much faster. Pricey for a drugstore buy, but MUCH cheaper than having your teeth professionally whitened. I highly recommend this product if you don't have sensitive teeth. It's a good buy!

I hated this product. I tried this because compared to other products it was inexpensive. I thought it was expensive enough to work; boy was I wrong! It is very messy, and as soon as you put it in your mouth it looks like you are a rabid dog because you will start foaming at the mouth. It tastes bad and they say not to get it on your gums, but think about it...you cannot get it perfectly on your teeth but then avoid your gums! As soon as it touched my gums, it burned and turned a part of my gums white! It was disgusting but I stuck it out for two hours and didn't even notice any color change at all! This is the worst product ever!! Please, don't get it; it's a total waste of money!!

Gave this product 4 stars for doing what it claims, would have given it 5 if it wasn't for the pain! I have had many surgeries & feel I can handle pain, but this did hurt on my third round & for a few hours after. ROUND 1 stung a lot at first for 10 minutes, but wasn't bad. ROUND 2 burned the gums & teeth more, but I hung in there for the whole 20 minutes of the second round. ROUND 3 I only had it in maybe 3 minutes of the 20, and it was so painful, my gums could not handle it at all. It's been 30 minutes & it still hurts bad to drink water. But my teeth are white- MUCH IMPROVED ONLY AFTER 2 ROUNDS! I think that doing 2 times a day for 3 days would really have been my best option, & I will try it like that next time.

This stuff worked amazing for me. You don't need a lot of gel, so I was able to use one tube of gel for two hours. I just used the second one last night. My teeth are so much whiter than they were. As long as you keep them up with whitening toothpaste, they'll remain white for a while. The only thing I didnt like so much was how sensitive my teeth were after. It only lasted a few days, but it was completely worth it. As far as reviews of people's gums hurting, that wasn't the case for me at all. I think it depends on the person. I am definitely going to be using this again in the future!!

I didn't like this product at all. I didn't notice any difference of whiteness. My teeth were really sensitive afterwards! The pain during was really bad but I suffered thinking the results would be worth it but it wasn't. This is a horrible product and a waste of money. I only gave it one star and not zero stars, because that is the least that one can give.

This product was awesome. I was hesitant to use this as I have sensitive teeth. I did the 2 hour process the first night, and that evening my friends were complimenting me on my white smile. I drink coffee and smoke, and I get compliments daily on my great WHITE smile. I highly recommend this product.

I just finished using this product. My first session, I felt a little discomfort. My second session, I felt A little pain. I noticed that my teeth were becoming more yellow than anything. My third session, I felt pain, and my last session was the best, because I got to take them OFF!! I found that Crest Whitestrips worked the best for me. I bought this product because I have to take my grad pictures tomorrow, and I needed something that worked fast. I just hope they don't turn white and bleed. That would totally ruin my day.
