I put just enough gel in my own trays and the results were very good. The difference isn't dramatic, and the dishes can be pretty annoying to have in your mouth, but it's worth the time.

I loved this product. I have very sensitive teeth, but this worked great for me. I am recommending it to as many people as I can. This is by far the best whitening product I have ever used.

I loved this product. It was inexpensive and very easy to use. The gel has a very wonderful minty taste. It works almost immediately to make your teeth shades whiter. My teeth were at least 3-5 shades whiter after the first two-hour session. I am planning on buying this product again in the future. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I just went through the 2 hour process. I wore the trays for 20 minutes, then 10 minutes without, etc., just as the instructions say. The discomfort was mild, just some tingling and mild stinging around 15 minutes after applying each time. However, my teeth don't look any whiter or brighter.

The first time I tried this product the pain was unbearable within about two minutes, I'm not kidding. I took out the trays and noticed a white spot on my gums, which went away in a few minutes. I decided to try it again since I spent the money on it and used less gel. I left the trays in for 2 twenty-minute sessions and had no problems, but the next day I had two VERY painful blisters on my gums. And to top it off, no whitening at all. I'm not going to try again; it's not worth the pain. Honestly, just take the time to use another product. I'd rather wear Crest Whitestrips for a month than be unable to eat because my gums hurt too much.

The price is great and I love the idea that you can whiten your teeth over a 2-hour period rather than wait 2 weeks. The flavor of the gel is also SO MUCH more appealing than the other gels. However, considering my teeth werent that yellow or stained to begin with, I expected better results. Theyre nice, but I saw similar results with other products on the second or third day of using them. After the 3rd application, a portion of my gums is fat bloody and gray. The rest of my gums are very swollen and sensitive. I was about to give up and pull them out early because the pain was pretty bad. I'm hoping my gums go back to normal soon because theyre hideous and still very tender. I have a bit more gel left in the tube so tomorrow I might customize the mouth trays and use the remaining gel and hopefully that will make all the difference. I guess my teeth are whiter but nothing spectacular at all.

I bought this product since I have tried other brands whitening systems with little or no results. I can honestly say I have had NO PROBLEMS at all. My gums aren't red or bleeding. They sure arent turning grey either! I am a smoker and drink coffee all day so in my opinion they were quite stained. I noticed a huge difference in the color of my teeth after just one 20-minute application. I suggest this product highly. My teeth have never been this white!

Do not use as directed and you could have an excellent experience. After molding the mouth guard, cut the part off that extends beyond the imprint of teeth. THEN use only 1-2x a day MAX, to space out the treatments. You need a total of six 20-minute applications, so if you space them out into 4 days you will have a much less irritating experience. I did it this way, careful to wipe off my gums every 5 minutes and had NO problems whatsoever. Great product, but should come with better instructions (all 6 in under 3 hours is crazy). Good stuff; really whitens nicely.

The cost of the product is reasonable, and it does what it says it will do. I am satisfied with the result. Any discomfort I experienced was mild. I didn't have the patience for two weeks of treatments. This got the job done in an afternoon while reading.

CAUTION! Severe gum pain and scary looking damage. At first, the procedure was OK. By the time I got to my last tray-wearing session, my gums stung. Next morning, pain and damage showed up. My gums have red bloody patches with tiny gray dead chunks coming off. Almost 48 hours later, theyre not much better. My teeth are whiter, but maybe they just look it because there's a greater contrast between the tooth color and my red, bleeding gums. I can't say enough to steer you away from this product!
