My hands looked like they went through a meat grinder. The skin around my fingers was so dry that the skin was cracked and bleeding at times. I bought every brand of hand cream I could find in the stores and nothing helped. I went to the dermatologist and used the two prescription items that she prescribed and that didn't help. I found this product on drugstore.com web site and within 3 days of using it my hands started healing. Weeks later with continued use, not only are my hands totally healed but my nails which I could never get to grow, are longer and stronger than they have ever been. I really am grateful to have found a product that helped!!!

After reading all the positive reviews, I had high hopes for this cream, but it made my hands worse. After using it for two weeks, my hands are the driest they have ever been, but I didn't get any cuts or cracks either. Since that didn't seem to make any sense, I did a little reasearch and found that aloe can dry the skin, which would explain it's healing properties. Instead of using this as a hand cream, I'll try rubbing it into the cuts and cracks before applying a different hand cream. This product as it stands is counterproductive, but if it speeds up the healing of the cuts, at least it serves a purpose.

I have raynauds and scleraderma and get sores on the tips of my fingers. This cream really helps the sores heal and I don't get them nearly as often when using this cream.

Great product for repairing dry skin. The best feature is that you do not need to use it on a daily basis, only as needed. Highly recommend this product.

I use this hand cream to soften and moisturize my hands. I was hoping it would help my extra-dry cuticles, and it has. I wish it came in a pump container, but it still does the job.

I love this hand cream. My hands tend to be very dry. I am a piano teacher and I want to be proud of my hands, this cream makes them soft and also helps to heal hang nails. I use it several times a day, keep it near me, even in the car. I have many allergies and this product does not give me any reaction.
