When my daughter was suffering from an ongoing diaper rash, I switched to Seventh Generation. Along with continued treatment, the diaper rash improved. Yes, this brand is more expensive, but it's the best, especially if your child has sensitive skin. One caveat - my son, who was a very heavy wetter at night, would wake up wet in these so we chose to use another brand at night for him, but my daughter stays dry. I also find that these fit quite well. I have also tried Earth's Best, and I was so disappointed with the Earth's Best diapers that I returned them to the store! They were stiff as cardboard, not absorbent, thin, leaky, and suspiciously white in color for something that is supposed to be chlorine free. I swear by the Seventh Generation diapers.

I adopted a 21 month old from Kathmandu, Nepal and he came home with a range of digestive issues. Despite having diarrhea up to four times a day, he has never had a diaper rash. I give credit to the 7th Generation, chemical free, diapers that he wears. They may not have cute colors and pictures, but I have never had a leaky mess and he has never had a rash or red bottom. I recommend these diapers to everyone!

It;s noce to know my boys are safe froma lllthe harmful chemicals in regular disposable diapers. That they're eco-friendly is a bonus! The fit is great and the tabs can be re-stuck in case you don't get it quite right the first time. Love them!

I use these diapers all the time but have found if he has one on over a long period of time or a heavy "pee" night they do tend to leak more then the "national" brands. But in all we are very happy.

My 15-month old son suddenly developed a terrible rash all over his skin - right where the diaper is - and it wasn't responding to his usual diaper cream. His Dr. thought maybe it could be the diaper (we have used Huggies on him since he was born with no problems). The rash was getting worse and worse, so I tried these diapers, and they are the best things ever. His rash was literally almost cleared up within 24 hours. I will never buy any other daiper again! Plus, rash or not, I actually think these diapers are way better than Huggies or Pampers - they fit better, and are so much softer. And they're better for the planet : )

by Mrsleepy[Verified Buyer] in Waynesville, NC on 11/3/08
Pros: Adjustable Fit, Eco-Friendly, Highly Absorbent
Cons: Tabs can irritate
Describe Yourself: First Time Parent
Best Uses: Infants, Newborn, Overnight
Bottom Line: recommended
These work great for my baby's sensitive skin, but the sizes are off. He's worn size 4 since he hit 19lbs, which doesn't impress me as there are fewer diapers in the package with larger sizes. Also, make sure the tabs aren't touching your little one's tummy, as they are hard and can irritate the skin too.

I like these diapers a lot. We started with cloth but had too many leaks. I do wish that they were biodegradable but know that is difficult so this is still good. I really like the way they fit, the fact there are no silly Disney designs on them, and that I am supporting a company that treats the environment well.
