Purchased these for my 86-year-old father who is quite mobile but has sever incontinence issues due to illness. We used the Super-X version for him at night which worked well, but these were difficult for him to get on correctly by himself during the day. Especially had trouble when he did go to use the bathroom and had to remove it and then reapply the tapes. Tapes did not refasten securely once they were removed. Switched to a pull-up type by this same company to try. Used this product initially because of great reviews. The absorbency may be good, but it is difficult for an older person to put this on themselves easily.

A good everyday diaper that can handle 3-4 wettings. May need to be retaped when 1/2 full, but retaping is easy. Plastic cover, yet quieter than cheaper diapers. Even has a pleasant smell. Good option when a restroom can't be reached.

great for overnight use and usually dont leak. somewhat quieter then depends. can contain more liqued then most other brands. avery good diaper.

This is a very comfortable diaper! So comfortable you forget you are wearing it. This is not as absorbent as the Abena X-Plus diaper, but it is thinner and a little more comfortable to wear. Definitely much better than Depend, Attends, Tena or store brand diapers from Walgreens, Rite-Aid and Wal-Mart. I know because I've used them all. Will absorb fairly heavy amounts of urine and also contain BMs safely and securely inside. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

These diapers are superior to Depends. They can be worn longer and therefore cost you less in the long run. They also do not irritate the skin as much. Lastly they are still discrete enough to be worn under baggy clothing.

These diapers are very good for daytime use. They are discreet, even if a booster pad is added, and also very comfortable.

I find the Abena Super Fitted Diaper to be just that, a super great fit. Insert pads are not needed day or at night time. Tape tabs hold well also. I give this diaper very high marks; not a rating of 5, but only because of the price. The change from white to the color blue is nice also.
